Excellent Christina and her crew are all very kind, professional, and accommodating. If ever we are in the area and in need of a hotel, we don't think twice about where to go. The kitchenette is a great thing to have, and when our dog was with us she was welcome, too. I couldn't ask for more.

ESA Airport review This place is the best. The staff are very nice, and professional. The Manager Katrina, along with her staff: Christina, Brandi, Aniska, James, Maru, Sarah, Ricardo, Bishop, and Trey, are very efficient, and precise at their work. They make everyone feel very welcome, and relaxed. Many of the people staying here, being a family, or staying here by themselves, are return guest's. The staff here, present a very relaxed atmosphere, and are quick to attend, to a person's every need. They also keep the site very clean, and address any visitor's issues, of which there are very little, within a very appropriate amount of time. The room's are very clean, and presentable. The staff here, being very competent, and efficient, are a Joy to be around, and operate as a Great Team. They should all be commended. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.

LOVE IT ! The ladies here are so sweet and nice ! They are very helpful my churn love them. Rooms were so nice and big definitely enough space for my family of 5 ! I wil definitely come back highly recommended coming here if your traveling with family !!!!

Great experience Great location! Melbourne Mall, abundant restaurants, and only a 10min drive to beautiful spacious beaches. The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff are professional and go out of their way to help you have a great stay. I'm glad I chose this location _

I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends! I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel and it's staff. During hurricane Milton Mgmt. remained 24/7 to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. Front desk, housekeeping and maintenance work together as a great team!! The location is perfect for dining, shopping and entertainment..Plus, the beach is just 10 minutes away!
