Good for Conferences or Individual Stays Three of us attended a recent convention at this hotel in separate rooms. The rooms were clean, in excellent condition, and everything worked. The convention banquet was fine and the staff was organized and efficient. The hotel is close to I 95 but there was no road noise in my top floor room on the opposite side of the building. Based on my stay, I recommend the Holiday Inn Melbourne-Viera Conference Center for conferences or individual stays.

Good overall stay The regular breakfast was slow although the staff were working hard. There needed to be more staff. The banquet style set up you had for our large group was excellent.

Just ok Bed was hard. Bathroom mirror light was out at top and bottom, and no other mirror in the room. No microwave in room. Staff was awesome, though. Rosa and Rachel I think were their names.

My Stay The stay was good. I slept well. I am not pleased with the house keeping attention to details. The house keeper left my door open after cleaning, didn't leave me cream and sugar for coffee, and didn't leave 2 clean plastic cups. The house keeper left the used cups.

An ok stay for our FECRS Convention, would stay again. Rachel at the Front Desk was very nice and helpful. I went by myself, however it was to meet up with our FECRS Group for our Convention. The meals were good, especially our Dinners in the Convention Hall, although the service for Breakfast in the Dining Area was quite slow and no 2nd cup of coffee was offered (Sunday Morning). The room (504) was a bit damp, so was tough for towels, etc. to dry, and a big crack in the shower wall which hopefully had been sealed?. Rachel at the front desk was very nice and helpful. My Card was charged $600.64, although my Invoice says it should have been $497.04? My stay was still fairly good and will stay again should we have another Convention here in the future.
