Wonderful hotel, great location and Amazing service !! Clean clean clean everywhere I have to say that my experience at this specific IHG Hotel was absolutely amazing from the cleanliness of the room to the beautifully decorated and inviting hotel lobby area with bar, and the most kind and welcoming service from rhe first of check in, Rachel and Cyrus were always pleasant and assisted and went over and above to solve my reservations issues even while they were checking in many guests. Thank you so much!!! You guys are the BEST!!

Enjoy Holiday Inn's, this one needs some attention. First room had a strong mildew/ damp carpet type smell. Front desk gave us a new room real quick. Second room had a hole in wall behind curtain, The beds need to have different frames, I kept kicking the corner post on frame , surprised no one hasn't broke a toe. Hotel elevators need make over jn side; panels have holes and handles are loose. Hotel needs a good cosmetic name over. Staff is very friendly and helpful when needed.

Update needed Rollin shower bathroom needs some work to fix draining issues. Water leaks all over bathroom and out in the room. The carpet is sour from the shower. Front desk and restaurant staff are friendly and helpful. Lobby and public areas are updated nicely.

Nice Hotel The staff were very polite (Rachel) and the hotel very clean. Our room smelled a little stuffy, but overall, it was a good stay.

Nice night's rest. Our flight was delayed, so we only had the opportunity to stay a few hours as we were leaving for a cruise. It was convenient and clean. Worth the price.
