Truly tue best staff and come home with new friends _ Hotel has the best beds great location beautiful surroundings and Cleo took us to The Cozy Corner for supper which was amaxing@ Eric for hos tour of the Mississipi River and Marty for showing us different locations around the Hotel 5 stars to you guys

Best Hotel Experience Ever The hospitality at this hotel was the best I have ever experienced. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff and chef, housekeeping and courtesy drivers were professional and amazing! I am ever in Memphis again, this where we would stay.

A Great Stay made better by an excellent staff We spent 2 nights at this property which has a great location downtown with easy access to Beale Street. We originally were booked at another IHG property however the availability of rooms matching our reservation was limited, so the manager there was very helpful in cancelling our reservation and recommending we try this property as better suited to our needs and style of comfort. While this Crowne Plaza is a bit dated, the staff under the direction of Stephanie more than makes up for any small issue. Recognition of and rewards for our Diamond status were great touches that made us feel very welcome. Our biggest shoutout is to “Reginald” a man who exemplifies warm and genuine hospitality, alongside his limitless knowledge of Memphis, and especially (for us) his knowledge and personal connection of all things Elvis. If there is ever a Memphis version of “Jeopardy”, my money is on Reginald! He drives the shuttle bus that takes you to Beale Street for the best blues music and restaurants / bars. Without him we would have missed some very important artifacts and history, and his entertaining personality is really appreciated. Guiding us to the historical plaque in front of some apartments (across the street from the property) where Elvis’s family first settled in Memphis, before all the fame and fortune, was such a nice touch, tears in our eyes as we said goodbye to a new friend. Strongly recommended for any stay in Memphis, business or pleasure.

Home Away from Home Veta, Lucas, Stephanie,Kayla are the absolute best. They made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean. Truly home away from home. The bartenders Vets and Kayle were very knowledgeable and friendly. Lucas at the front desk was extremely nice and ahead of the game. Stephanie was the absolute best, she was very motivating to her staff and friendly to the guests

Good Clean Hotel, but very noisy. Good Clean Hotel. The rooms are spacious and cleaned to a good standard. The staff were helpful. The restaurant served good food. Location is a little out of downtown, so you would need to take an uber or the street car. The only down side is the noise from the very busy road, right outside. You will definitely need to take earplugs to get an minute of sleep.
