Never saw the money . I have call twice. Each time they said the manager will get back. No calls and no refund.. I give up calling.

Highly disappointed stay somewhere else! The day time staff were friendly. I was part of a big group that stayed there for a family reunion. Upon arrival both elevators were broken so stairs had to be used. We had multiple family members with cane's and one with a wheel chair, so they had to sit in the lobby for hours until it was fixed. Upon entering our room to say I was shocked at how small the room was is an understatement. The room didn't smell clean, thankfully I brought some disinfectant wipes with me. By the time me and my daughter got done wiping down JUST the tables in the room our wipes were black. The bathroom tub had dirt and hair on it and in it. The floor needed to be mopped. Thankfully our sheets were clean on the bed. I booked the room with a king bed and pullout hidabed because it was me my husband and 2 kids. They did not leave any bed supplies for our kids. We had to ask twice for them and was told they only had 1 extra pillow, 1 small blanket and no sheets available. Our room had 2 towels in it Upon arrival even though I booked the room for 4 people. The evening/night guy that worked told us they had no more towels available. He was a very lazy rude man. We figured that out by night 2. On night 2 we had a pull party (very tiny pool). There were no pool towels out there. When me and my additional family members who also had rooms there, went to the front desk for towels so they could bath themselves and their kids, we were once AGAIN told there was NO towels available. That morning the GM had said they had plenty of towels. If none were on the 1st floor he should have went to the 2nd to retrieve some. I am very surprised that Hilton has their name associated with this hotel. It needs to be closed and have a complete make over. Highly would NOT recommend staying there.

SHUT IT DOWN!! Multiple cars broken in Travelled to Memphis for my wife’s birthday. Stayed three nights. Just got back home. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all. It looked like it was in a good location (like a business district) and they claimed to have 24 hour security. But woke up this morning and overheard someone talking to front desk about car being broken in. I went to check mine (on side, so i could see it from my room) and sure enough my car had its driver’s window broken out and my truck being rummaged through. All they could do was put us on the list for the police report. By the time I left I know there was at least 5 cars vandalized. Staff was cool. Didn’t like the closet of a room (232) they put us in at first. But they kindly switched us to a better one. HILTON, you have to shut this hotel down!!!

Stay away No hot water 2 nights, bed sheets had stains, room smelled like musty and mildew, didn’t clean room or replace towels during multiple night stay. Horrible experience getting my room. Hard to believe that Hampton puts their name on this place.

Only solution is a bulldozer and re-build. Shocking that Hilton has a corporate presence in Memphis, clearly no executive has ever gone to the hotel. The rooms was moldy, the door was so warped it would not properly lock. DO NOT STAY THERE for your safety and health.
