Shady neighbor hood run down hotel I don't know why I didn't read the reviews before l booked this hotel. I saw the high score and assumed this was a good hotel, but it turns out they are just fluff reviews. I was traveling with kids and had I realized this hotel was in a bad neighborhood, I would have gone somewhere else. There were seedy looking people all around the hotel. There was a security car making loops around the building, but that wasn't enough to make me feel safe after reading prior stays from only 4 weeks ago. Management even admits to 10 cars being stolen from the lot in a year in addition to multiple break ins. I parked my car right outside the room and took shifts with my 13 year old son watching our car to make sure our car wasn't getting stolen or broke into. What's the point of even getting a hotel if you have stay to up all night in fear of your car getting stolen or broken into? I wish I would've taken the refundable option for the room, and I would've kept driving to another hotel. The room was also in rough shape. There's mold or rust comina throuah bathroom ceilina and mold growth no on the head boards. The thermostat battery died and the rub wouldn’t drain. Room 206.

Clean & comfortable Clean & comfortable! We had a great stay and were very pleased with the rooms and the service from the staff. Nice complimentary fridge with bottled water in the lobby too for the hot days. Very close to Beale St., only aprrox. $7.00 Uber ride down there

Works This is your average medium priced hotel. As such it works good. We stayed for one night before a visit to Graceland. A short Uber ride from Downtown. Ever smiling and friendly staff. Room and bathroom clean. Ok breakfast. All in all a nice choice in it category.

Car stolen overnight My rental car was stolen out of the parking lot overnight. The police said this is a common occurrence from this parking lot. The police know the managers and employees by name, pretty common that they are there. I will never stay here again obviously. Do not stay here.

Great Stay!!` My stay was wonderful from the time i checked in to check out. The Front desk receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. I cant remember her name but she was an older black woman. I had my baby with me and the booking was last minute. She made sure she accommodated me and my little one. The rooms were very clean, the bed felt like heaven and it was super quiet. I would definitely stay again!
