Just What We needed This hotel is great for people not wanting to spend a lot of money! Its not in the best locastion but it was a great place to take the famliy and feel like home. The breakfast was good and helped us start our day! They allowed pets and that was one one the best things about this hotel. The workers were so nice and pleased to help you

very comfortable The hotel is great for the price, very nice lady on the counter men a bit grumpy but warmed up. Breakfast free in the morning and lots to choose from. We loved memphis there is a nice vibe here and so much to do. About a 20 min into main drag, sun studios 15 min away, there is a tramcar cafe near sun studios its fantastic. The place is clean and the beds were the best we had on our 3 month journey around the americas. Good price for memphis as its not cheap. A/c and heating, hot showers and a big tv with a fridge, cant complain when your on the go. We would recommend this place for the medium budget traveller you get what you pay for. Housekeeping everyday and they are a very nice indian couple who do a fantastic job. Awesone thanks see you again matt and lindsay australia melbourne

Shabby not chic The hotel looks fine from the outside but the inside is run down in a constant state of renovation and everything is outdated. Our air conditioner sounded like a crop duster all night and the pool was half empty during a time of the year when it should be available. Furnishings looked like they were salvaged from the side of the road. The bed linens were clean as well as the bathroom which is important however the smell of air freshener was chokingly strong and our older model television had lines running through the picture. Breakfast was advertised but not available at our check out which was at 9 a.m. Would not stay again.

beware of repeated billing The hotel is a decent place. My problem is: i stayed oneday only in Dec 2013. My first bill was Feb 2014. then i got same bill on march, april and not settled.yet, the company kept debitting my debit card. I filed dispute, got reimbursed in march, but in April i was billed again. I contacted the hotel but it has not been settled yet. If you have other means, do not give your credit or debit.. There is no end to this billing. I dont know how to end this.The credit card company in Kansas kept drawing money my credit card. Its a night mare. If management get this, please contact me: 205-382-6033. i cannot describe how mad i am. if anyone erase this review, i will post it again.
