Friendly service I stayed overnight with my family everybody was really nice quick check in they respond fast to the bonvoy app requests which was a plus the lobby was clean and covid safe we will definitely be back thanks for the great service

Dirty and Loud The room was filthy. The carpet was threadbare and the room smelled terrible.There was food all over the floor, dirt and dust on everything, food stains on the desk, and someone else's clothes in the closet. The room was loud because of truck traffic all day and night. So much for Marriott's claim of extra cleaning for COVID-19. This room hadn't had been cleaned thoroughly in months, if not years.

Basic but acceptable Stayed for one night. Check in was quick, and clerk was wearing a mask. Room was clean. Bed was a little firm but ok. Covid forced breakfast to be a bag and go, so we did not try it. All in all no problems, and probably would return.

Ok Stay during Covid The hotel is clean, beds comfortable. Close to highway so it can get noisy. Wifi worked fine. Free parking. AC and bathroom worked well. Due to covid there are limited amenities and housekeeping. The biggest surprise is the very basic breakfast grab and go bag - Juice, muffin, apple and granola bar.

Nicely refurbished hotel, but needs improvement on service I recently stayed at this hotel last weekend and had multiple problems. I did the advance check in via the Marriott mobile app, hoping for a contactless experience, which didn’t work. I checked in at the front desk and provided my drivers license. The woman then insisted I tell her the last four digits of the card number That I used when the reservation was made. i said I don’t remember because I booked this months ago. She said I could not be checked in if I could not remember. I’ve stayed at many Marriott properties and never had this kind of hassle. After several minutes of going back and forth, I asked her to help me find it in the app and she had no idea. I ended up giving her my debit card just to get out of this vicious check in circle. She should have just given me this option right away than telling me I had to “remember it”. I got to the room and it was like the highway was running right through the bedroom ALL night. If you are going refurbish a hotel, at least put in some decent windows. I wish the problems stopped there. Blanket had kool aid stains, sheets were stained which was really disappointing. Then the bathtub wouldn’t drain (and was also dirty). I called for maintenance and she came up right away and unclogged the drain. However, there were many pieces of different size hairs and hair types left all over the bathroom tub, it was just absolutely disgusting. Overall, I would not stay here again, I expected better, especially since we are still dealing with COVID.
