Good for the price . It's not super expensive and it's not super extravagant. It's a nice hotel with the basic amenities I thought I upgraded my double-bed room to the premium but when comparing photos online it seems like I definitely got the basic. I never brought this up to the staff as I didnt realize it until I left this review. I'd book again for the price it's a fair value.

BEWARE: UNDER LOUD REMODEL AND CONSTRUCTION BEWARE: Avoid at all costs. Hotel currently under extremely loud construction and remodeling that starts early in morning without advisement prior to check-in. Extremely upsetting that unit vibrated and was extremely loud from jack hammer next door woke us up, and was present the entire time we were rushing to get dressed and out of there. Staff was rude, dismissive when I contacted front desk, told me too bad they would continue the remodeling, and they did. We’d had a late night due visit in hospice, so no rest early in morning. As for the room it was clean, and looked nice, but there were only 2 body towels and 1 hand towel 3 people in a 2 bedroom superior room. Tiny bathroom had no working exhaust fan, or a/c vent, in hot summer. No elevator, all 2 bed rooms are only on 3rd floor. Beds are hard not greatest, but it was only for a night thankfully that we had to deal with noise. Buffett breakfast about $20 per person.

A horrible experience in customer service Here is a story about bad service. Requested 1st floor room for my elderly mother. Got there didn’t have it. AC didn’t work. Called service, to fix it. The guy didn’t do much except clean the filter. Didn’t work. In the morning, shower was clogged. Called service, I needed to leave in 15 come soon. They promised 5 mins. It took them 30 minutes. Went to front desk, explained my problems and asked to talk to the person in charge. They said “we will notify him”. I went to the buffet came back and the front desk lady said she hadn’t share my concerns with the manager. What??? Avoid it like the plague. Never coming back!! Person supposedly in charge: Israel Loza Stayed night of June 30, 2018

Never again Thank God we only booked for 1 night through Expedia we were here for the weekend for my Grandmothers funeral with my family we booked a total of 4 rooms but after the issues we checked out the next morning and went to another hotel. Pros: Staff was nice, hotel was safe, hotel bar and restaurant was nice as there is an option of breakfast buffet food was good. Negative: It was 110 degrees and the AC didn’t work, we were told all rooms were booked no other available rooms. We were all extremely tired after and didn’t sleep with the heat. When I called maintenance in the morning he came and looked it First he said it wasn’t installed right then he said it needed more Freon and taking off the cover he discovered it was frozen over we were told he would come back shortly no later than an hour and he never returned. We also found a bloodstain on the sheet by the foot of the bed As I was checking out I brought this to the front desk representative’s attention and all she said she would let management know we weren’t offered a discount or any type of compensation. Another issue : when showering the shower drained extremely slow and water pooled up quickly as you shower which ended up going all over the floor. The other rooms our family stayed in mention they had very low water pressure from the shower head and some slow draining. Lastly if your concerned of bugs the doors all have gaps around the top and bottom of the door frames so they can easily get in we had a put a towel down. I Wouldn’t recommend staying only if you had a choice. Other family members stayed at Fiesta Inn and didn’t have any issues. We were extremely tired as it was and still were able to feel comfortable and get rest.

As they say "bueno, bonito, borato" (good, pretty, & cheap) This place is great. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are nice and clean, the price is unbeatable. Plus there's a pool. Also be sure to check out the great little Italian restaurant on the premises.
