A great place to stay while visiting Mexico City Wonderful Hotel. Really nothing to fault. As with all other Camino Real Hotels, this one was exceptional. It was a very nice touch that they left a Christmas gift and incredible cookies in my room. I will definitely continue to stay at Camino Real.

I do not recommend the Hotel Camino Real Santa Fe at all! I, as the owner of the Travel Agency, am never going to propose it. I rented a Junior Suite and it didn't even have two cups of coffee, only one, it didn't have coffee or cream, the hair dryer was broken, and although I complained at the Reception, they never changed it, the shower barely had any water, the room almost dark, they are lighting. I had to give my License and Passport to exchange dollars for pesos and I hope they respect the rules of confidentiality and security, and nothing happens with my information. At breakfast, the bread and other pastries, old, like the ham, cheese, etc., looked reused, with the edges burned from the cold, but, I have to highlight that the employees are very friendly, they behave attentive and professional, I have no complaints about the restaurant staff. At the Reception, I did not have the same experience at the Reception with one of the employees to whom I gave complaints about the lack of conditions and the broken dryer, he literally did not care. I will never return to that Hotel, it does not comply with what they advertise at the time of renting it.

Modern and roomy Wide open lobby, with no outdoor sign, so you´ll need to pay attention to the logo on the sidewalk. There is a small bar opposite to Front desk. We were received with lemon and cucumber infused water. Since we arrived at 2:00 pm, we had to wait about 15 minutes for the room to be ready. There´s a small lounge on every floor. Our rooms was spacious, with very good king size bed. The bathroom has a shower, no tub, and a sink with a large counter; the wall to wall window has black out curtains, but they don´t touch the floor, so there´s light beneath them.

Great experience and service It is a great experience to stay at Camino Real Santa Fe for business. The staff at front desk is very kind, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the restaurant food and service good in general. Its location is very convenient if visiting Santa Fe and with available parking.
