Restaurant Seibal review I am a regular visitor in CDMX and even when I am not residing at the Hotel Casa Blanca I regularly enjoy the fine buffet at their hotel restaurant on the first floor called Seibal. The food is always excellent with a good variety that changes every day. The service staff is outstanding, just mentioning a few of the many wonderful employees that go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need during your visit. Signor German, the Maitr’D greets his guests by name and attends to every request. The servers and assistant servers are constantly checking to insure _ satisfaction. Toni, Felix and all the others, too many to mention are helping each other to insure one has the best dining experience. Even the cashier lady is occasionally inquiring of ones well being. In conclusion, I believe it’s one of the best breakfast dining choices in Mexico City, right around the corner of the Monumento de la Revolucion.

Good location 3 Nights as part of small group tour from UK. Location near revolution square ideal. Excellent, varied ,hot and cold buffet breakfast. Potable water fountains on 2 floors. Clean. Lots of towels, USB and power sockets .Good lighting but the huge TV overshadows the desk area so hard to read/write. Windows do not open and there is some form of centrally controlled. a/c in rooms which made room very chill at night. No spare blankets. The a/c heat unit too noisy to use . Rooftop pool ,half of which adequate size /depth to actually swim

Perfect after a busy day in Mexico. Good restaurant at hotel. It is a safe place. Each room have a little safe.

Bad experience Not recommend it at all, they make our stay in Mexico a horrible experience!! The first day we arrived, 2 of the 3 towels were dirty, the second day the bed sheets on my side were dirty and the third day one of the pillow cases had a stain on it. Also the second day we asked the receptionist if we can book a tour to xochimilco, that he informed us that he knows a company that he can sort it out and he requested us to pay in cash, saying that is included the price of the boats and tour, not only they offer us a tour guide but our driver didn’t even speak English, also they make us pay for the boat trip that supposed that was included in the price of the tour. As soon as we arrived at our hotel we requested a compensation that they rejected to give us, instead they said they can offer us one taxi drive that wasn’t even 1/3 of the price. In the end as they refused to give us our money back or at least the extra money that we paid, we agreed that they can offer us 2 taxi rides that we needed for the next day. For the first one, they arranged it on time but for the second one that was the drop off to the airport, even if we informed them for the exact time from the previous night and they requested to remind them 10 mins before that we did 30 min in advance they were late to pick us up with the danger to lose our flight. All these have been arranged from the receptionist Erwan.

Excellent value for money Excellent hotel, real value for money, helpful and friendly staff, good facilities, great breakfast and a rooftop pool and bar. It's right by the monument to the revolution and within easy reach of many attractions. Even let me checkout late as I had an evening flight home. Thank you Casa Blanca for a special week.
