Can’t say enough good things! Was pleasantly surprised. The highlights of this hotel are service, service, and service. From being greeted at the front door, through checkin, bell service, housekeeping and impecable attention in the restaurants, this hotel is my future choice when I am in or near Reforma. I can’t say enough nice things about the Fiesta Club, well worth the extra you pay. The breakfast buffet has it all as does the cocktail service in the afternoons. Violeta and the entire team was kind and attentive. Concierge and checkout was also a pleasure.

Stelaris Lounge Bar & more The people are very accommodating and respectful. Oscar is an excellent bartender, and knows his field quite well. We stayed here twice in our trip through Mexico City on the way to Lima. On the way back from Peru, we made one more day to come back to the Hotel because we enjoyed the service and Oscar's manera!

Very very disappointing Air conditioner did not work. Fire detector light blinked all night right above bed. Coffee machine did not work. Worst of all concierge gave us wrong information with regards to bus to taxco. Sent us to wrong station. Wasted half rhe day. Incompetent!

Good experience As some have written, the hallway carpets are little threadbare and the plumbing is a little quirky, but it's overall a good value. Comparable to an older Doubletree in the U.S. The location is excellent and safe, close to the major attractions. Didn't try the food at the hotel but the fact that they have a Starbucks in the lobby is a big plus. The staff is helpful and, at least where we were in the building, it was quiet. Plumbing is a little quirky. The shower controls need to be manipulated with your foot to avoid getting a splash of cold water on your back. Some of the people in our group also had issues with their toilets, which probably need replacement soon. Overall we were happy with the choice.

Better Than Ever We often stay at the Fiesta Americana on Reforma. We have enjoyed our current stay because they seem to have put in a great effort on making the hotel shine! The elevators have been updated, the staff seems to be much more helpful and the hotel in general seems to be refreshed! The rooms are comfortable and clean with great views of the surrounding city. The hotel security is visible but not in a bad way. We enjoyed our stay on the 22nd floor which comes with breakfast and happy hour beverages and snacks. Thank you to the staff for all your efforts!
