Poor Advertisement & Bad Communication We booked through Expedia. We booked 11 months in advance and our trip is now 10 days away and our reservation was canceled because they "cannot hold a reservation with a debit card with no funds". Assuming the funds were an issue, I was not even notified of the payment issue before they took action. Prior to our reservation it was indicated that it was a "reserve now, pay later." hotel, yet we were getting charged 10 days before or as the manager said they were doing a "pre authorized" charge. We had 3 rooms reserved at this location and all 3 of the rooms were canceled for the same exact reason and leaving 12 people without anywhere to stay 10 days prior to our vacation. The rooms were all booked separately with different payment methods, but yet all of us did not have the funds? Makes no sense. I offered to pay the room in whole since the manager indicated I had no funds, but I or my other group members received no response. Do not offer "reserve now, pay later" if the apartments need to be paid ahead of time. Be clear and transparent! So disappointed.

Don’t do it!! We had rented this place thru orbitz last March as a non refundable rate. Of course COVID hit and was unable to make it down due to everything being canceled. This jerk held our money and refused a refund and also would not answer any of the phone calls thru orbitz. I blasted orbitz on Facebook, Instagram and contacted the BBB. Finally in December we got a credit to use at this dump. So of course, I wasn’t going to let this turdbag keep our money so we booked a room for this March. Last Sunday I got a credit back for the extra money we spent above and beyond the credit from our credit card company. Nobody ever called us to tell us our room was canceled. This slimy jerk thought he would pull one over on us. But however, orbitz had no choice to finally refund our money from a year ago. All I have to say that the owner of this property is shady and would steer clear from any bookings at this property. So I hoping for a response from Roberto, but seeing that he could never answer our phone calls from orbitz or personally calling him , I’m sure it won’t happen. If I could we would give this property 0 stars. # karma

Miami Beach Gem Stayed in one of the two-bedroom apartments with my husband and daughter for three nights in early April. The manager, Roberto, texted us in advance to confirm our time of arrival to ensure that he would be there to open the gate to the private car park - we were delayed, but he kept in constant touch and was there to welcome us. The apartment itself was true to its description - bright, clean, modern and convenient to shops and restaurants. It was well equipped and contained all the essentials for our stay. We ate out, but the kitchen had all the necessary equipment for anyone wishing to self-cater. I would definitely recommend this as an ideal base for exploring Miami Beach and was delighted with the service we received

Luxurious, convenient I loved this place! The owner and her staff were present and available! This place looked even better than picture can show! The clean modern look was inspiring. You don't need to bring anything to be comfortable. There is a grocery store and shopping LITERALLY 2 blocks away. And the beach is just a 20 mins walk away or accessible via Lyft or Uber for under $2. I loved it! I got the best of both worlds!

Very nice We arrived late at night but the manager was waiting for us with a very warm welcome. The place seems new or newly renovated, very nice place! Appartements are very nice!!! Good fair and good place to be if you are visiting Miami for work or with your family.
