The entire staff were extremely professional and helpful. The check in and out were smooth as well! It was a wonderful experience at an excellent location! The rooms were clean and spacious! Lots of amenities too!!!!!!

Bad experience Since you don't reply my message, the solution will be Tripadvisor. I hope this message finds you well. I'm Nathalia's husband, and I stayed here from September 15th to 22nd. This is our seventh stay at Provident, even before the pandemic. And we've only seen the service get worse. In April of this year, the bathroom door fell off. This time, the bathroom doorknob, toilet paper holder, and shower head fell off. I also found some cockroaches. I'd also like to point out how dirty the apartment's carpet is. One day I walked around without flip-flops, and the soles of my feet turned black. You can see it in the color of the bathroom rug. Yesterday we left very early, and today when I went to check out my travel expenses, I noticed a cleaning charge that hadn't been made on either day. Despite requesting it twice, they never cleaned the room, so the $30 charge is unfair. Sincerely, John Long Room 908

the worst customer service ever Total disaster. I did a load of laundry. When I came back a moment later, I fell hard on the floor. Hurt my hip, jaw, and knee. I was stunned. The washing machine hose was not connected to anything, and soapy water was pouring over the floor and carpet. The front desk said they would send someone- they did not. We went back down after about 30 minutes to ask for a new room. We could not stay in the original room- the tile was still incredibly slick and the carpet was soaked. We couldn't move rooms until the repairman came, as our clothes were locked in the washer. FINALLY, after multiple calls, he arrived, took one look at the dangling hose, and was shocked. I tried many times to reach the manager to show him videos of the floor and discuss my injuries but he never called back.

Paradise at Provident Doral Great room and amenities for the price. The resort is in downtown Doral, perfect for a variety of cuisines. Fran and Jaime provided excellent customer service at the front desk! Rene provided attentive service at the Azul restaurant. Great staff all around!

Provident doral at the Blue is the best in miami The front desk services are fantastic . Rooms are clean. They are patient ， helpful and offering the best services I ever had. Love it~ Thank you so much stephanie and Darlenis~
