Nice Nice room’s cozy Great area with lots of food options. Rooms were very clean The kids loved the swimming pool. This hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Wasn’t able to check in early so we just went to the Dennys next door and waited.

Great little gem of a hotel! This is my new favourite hotel to stay over in Miami. It is father from the airport than most but nearer to Dolphin Mall and Walmart. The rooms are great and the staff incredible. From the shuttle driver to the front desk staff- they cannot do enough for you! I have to single out Nancy at the front desk for her kindness and patience! She will do anything to ensure her guests are happy!

family trip traveled with whole family got 5 rooms and customer service was great. we all got our rooms in a timely matter.

Overall stay Overall, everything was good. The only thing is that the breakfast could've had more options than most bread items. Room was clean and AC was working great and no noise like other reviews said. The place is very close to restaurants. I will stay here again.

Awful service with the shuttle, and bathroom dirty Be careful with the shuttle service at the airport ,it doesn’t work, they tell you to take a taxi to be refunded and when you arrive to the hotel they don’t want to refund tit and don’t give any solution. Awful service
