Good for a short stay We booked as this hotel can accomodate 5 people in one room and has a shuttle to both the airport and cruise port. There is free parking while staying at hotel and you can also leave your car if you are going on a cruise for $12 per day The rooms were comfortable with 2 double beds and a double sofabed , plenty of towels and ac was good. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The cruise shuttle can only be booked 1 day before and was complimentary which was great. The only downside was the breakfast wasn't great . The scrambled eggs were flavourless and the patty was overcooked. There is a Subway less than a 30 second walk outside . The hotel is good for a stay of 1 or 2 nights.

Roach _ infested and dirty The worst hotel I have ever experienced. Toliet stopped up, roaches in bathroom, dirty shower floor and shower head dirty and rusted, stains on the sofa and lastly, horrible customer service. Free shuttle is a joke because the shuttles are shared by three hotels and waited for two hours at the airport and ended up having to use a rideshare to get to the hotel. Next day I asked about the shuttle to my cruise port and was told that I was supposed to inform them upon arrival that I needed the shuttle. Once again I have to use a rideshare company and I booked this hotel for the purpose of using the shuttle for my transportation. The front desk clerks told me that there was nothing they could do for me after all my complaints and issues. Don’t do it!!!!

CRUISERS BEWARE CRUISERS BEWARE They lure you in with promises of shuttles from the airport and to the cruise port. what they don't tell you is there's limited times and the shuttle is tiny. We were denied an airport shuttle because it wasn't open and the cruise shuttle was booked out to 2:00 p.m. Avoid this hotel like the plague!!!!!!!!

Do not book We book this “ hotel” for one night because we were going on a cruise the next day. We checked in at 10pm and checked out at 11pm. The room was over run with roaches . The hotel was nasty and dirty. The AC broken , the shuttle took an hour to get us from the airport and nothing but ghetto people hanging around the hotel inside and out roaming the halls drinking. My family left and we’re are in an Uber to the Hilton!

Pass on this hotel! Booked because they offered a airport and cruise port shuttle. Cruise port shuttle times were all taken except for 9am which was much too early, that was fine as we ended up sharing a ride with others we met. The room smelt like mold and mildew covered by freshener which was terrible. We had a hard time sleeping and both had sore throats the next day it was so overwhelming. Looked out the window overlooking the pool to find two men sleeping in lounge chairs the next morning. They finally woke up and left while we were at breakfast at 10. Random others who clearly were not guests took a lot of food at the buffet, covered with another plate and left. Poor selection, staff was overwhelmed. Absolutely will not be back and will share experience with others.
