Our honest opinion I read the reviews and was going to change my reservations however we decided to stay at this location. We found the front desk staff very cordial and amenable. The room was very neat and clean the bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoy it spending some time at the pool which was clean and comfortable. On one evening we visited The bistro for a few drinks and dinner and all was great. They are working on updating a lot so there is construction going on but we found this to be a very great location and the hotel exceeded our expectations.

Terrible place to stay This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. I reached out to the general manager and filled out their survey requesting a call back and still have not heard anything- it has been two months. The building was left wide open all day for construction workers I never saw. The place was filthy and equipment was left everything including toilets and rolled up rugs in the hallway. Paint was everywhere. The pool was closed, which was a huge issue for our soccer team. The fire alarm went off once with no follow up. Other families had filthy rooms with no towels, one family was missing the inside of the pull out couch bed, and another had no phone service or air conditioning.

Hilton should be embarrassed It was billed as 4 star hotel when we booked and I'd maybe give it 2.5 stars. The desk staff was very matter a fact and totally unapologetic when I had a question--I was the only person there at the time. The carpet in the room seemed sticky and there were mold and rust stains in the bathroom. There was also some extremely sloppy/ugly tile repair in the bathroom. Also, the closest door would not shut. Finally, there was a stench of something similar to wet dog in the hallway.

Do not stay here. Honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I was going to brush a lot of stuff off until someone tried to get in our room at 1am and front desk was apathetic and unwilling to even come do a safety check. The shower was disgusting… wouldn’t drain and the handle fell off when I went to adjust the temperature. The pool was so nasty. Construction debris cluttering the hallways. Super disappointed.

Disgusted and Disappointed Could not be more disappointed!!!. They gave me an "Upgrade" to this 2 room suite w/patio....I know, sounds great. First the hotel is under renovation BUT the place was really dirty, not construction dirty, just very dirty. My "Upgraded" room had stains on the carpet, the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down, dead bugs in the ceiling light, cigarette burns on the toilet and tub, the bath towel were old, stained and not white, the in room coffee machine was so dirty and never maintained that after running 3 cups of hot water through it it was still disgusting (see photo). My patio view of the courtyard was a nasty algae filled green pool (but at least they lit it up ay night). Then to top it off they wanted to charge me for bottled water. I've been a Diamond member for almost 10 years. I stayed 5 days, 4 nights and they charge for water.
