Good night’s sleep, a few small things would make it a great stay The room was nice and dark, and very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The desk staff were all very helpful and friendly, especially Kimberly. Most of the room was clean, but the carpet could use some attention. My socks were gray after walking on it. I had to crawl on the floor to access the one bedside outlet. An extension cord that goes to the top of the night table would make life much easier. Breakfast had lots of options. Most were fine but the sausage was dry and tasteless. Overall, it was fine. I’d probably stay there again.

Awful My birthday worst stay ever at ANY hotel !!! Will never stay at a Microtel hotel again !!!!!!. Room #1 heat nor refrigerator wirked (was NASTY). We had food to take back home that needed a refrigerator. Room #2..Heat did not work and refrigerator was FILTHY !!. Finally on Room #3 the heat and refigerator both worked but the room smelled like crap and the guests next door were smoking pot and ver loud. TERRIBLE !!. The night manager was very nice in the way she dealt with this and apologetic !!

Cockroach appearance The room that I booked was not ready for check-in when I arrived. Check-in is three. I arrived after four. I was given another room that room wasn’t ready either, but I had a wedding to attend at 4:30 PM so I rushed to get ready. Came back to the hotel after 11 and the room smelled like moldy refrigeration. I somehow managed to get to sleep, despite the smell and the stickiness of the carpet. When I Woke up I saw a cockroach on the ceiling by the TV. Soon as I saw that I knew he had a friends I rushed got all my things. Went to the front desk and let staff know I was told because management isn’t over the weekend. No one can do anything or refund me anything but I did get a membership reward, and based on my experience here, you can take that back. I don’t recommend nor will I ever go to any hotels that have your chain involved. I should get some kind of compensation for the horrible night that I experienced. And based on all these reviews that I’ve seen this chain needs to do better. I have pictures as well .

Entire hotel and my room smelled terrible. Hotel is very loud, walls extremely thin and the entire place SMELLS terrible. There's a scent in the entire building of smoke and staleness. This scent will also be in your room. Unless you are on the top floor, you will hear the people above you walking or jumping around. The walls are so thin that you will hear every room around you. In the room to my left I heard a sound that I'll describe as "water bubbling" followed by someone loudly exhaling and then a significant amount of coughing. Then I would hear the same water bubbling sound again and another person coughing. Maybe they were taking turns making tea. Do you want the outlets to work in your room? Well maybe one will and the other half won't. Do you want the water to drain from your sink or tub? That option was not included in my room. The best part of the experience was walking out the door, knowing that I will never come back.
