Very nice place to spend the night & delicious breakfast! This hotel was very clean and nicely kept. My wife and I had a very comfortable bed and slept well. The room was quiet. The breakfast was more than we expected! One morning sausage, fried potatoes and delicious scrambled eggs. The next morning two different kinds of egg omelet, plus sausages and more. The staff was very nice and personable. We would definitely stay here again!

2nd of 2 hotels. Keep driving - you'll thank me This may be number 2 of the area hotels, but #2 is the only way to describe it. Plus, I don't think there are even 3 in the area. As a Hilton diamond member, the $25 early check in cost is laughable for this dive, when early check in is an amenity for brand loyalty. This place was most likely outdated in the early 90's, the carpets are sticky, they fail to provide additional pillows for the pull out couch, and the bathroom was littered with hair. In the king suite - the room size was greatly minimized by the monstrosity of a built in desk apparatus. One tv on the wall, to share, somehow, with no doors separating the couch area and the sleeping area. This is on par with a much lower branding, and even they wouldn't try to pass it off as a suite. Reservations were already made for 4 months from now, when we had to be back in the area, but we will be canceling the multiple rooms and going elsewhere. You may have got the additional early check in charge this time, but overall it has cost you thousands in lost room rentals.

Overnight stay I stayed one night before going to Shipshewana. There was lots of construction on roads near the hotel. I did not have cell service with TMobile. The hotel's Wi-Fi was helpful. One of the weird things about the hotel charge is that it came out of TX on my credit card. Overall, it was comfortable to stay on a high floor with a large room.

Needs work. We would have given this hotel a higher rating if it had been cleaner. Parts of the hotel were fine and other areas needed much work, specifically our room. The first thing I noticed upon entry to our room was a very distinct musty and humid odor. The odor never improved. The windows do not open in these rooms. It is a well-used motel in need of some refurbishment. The corners in our rooms were in desperate need of being vacuumed. I dropped a pen off of my nightstand and realized the floor was covered with old nail clippings. All of the edges of the carpet were filthy. The bathroom had pink mold growing in the corners, and the wallpaper was stained and grubby. The mirror surround in the bathroom was dirty and etched. The above mirror light in the bathroom did not work part of the time. Laundry facilities are out of order and have been for quite some time. No repairs have been facilitated. On a positive note, the breakfast host, Theresa, and the front desk check-in staff, Miranda, were both absolutely wonderful. Thank you to them. Hilton, please do better and invest in your hotel to complement this wonderful area. Everything else seems to be well taken care of in the region except portions of this hotel.

Friendly, Clean and Comfy! Arrived late at night after a 3 hr drive and was greeted by AMANDAS great big smile, Told here we were in town for family funeral and she offered her sympathy and said, "Lets get you a room so you can rest". Told us about breakfast and within minutes we were checked in to comfortable room. Quiet and clean. Breakfast was perfect and off we went. We stayed a few days to visit with family and friends. Every day and night the desk greeted us with a smile. The Kitchen staff as well!. We will be back again! Thanks Amanda for your special attention.
