Great pet friendly Inn We have stayed at the Middlebury Inn several times and are never disappointed with their rooms or service. Their pet friendly rooms are located with direct ground-level access to the outside and they even provide you with a snuggly blanket for your pet to get cozy on. The rooms are very clean and the beds comfortable. Amenities provided in the room included a coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge, hair dryer and good lighting. The location in town is perfect right across from the town green and you can walk to many of the stores and restaurants in the village. We did not eat at their restaurant but took advantage of the Natural Foods Coop next door for some supplies. A great place to stay at while you are in the area.

Nice room, too expensive. Lovely property and staff, but perhaps too expensive for the room quality and the lack of any complimentary breakfast/pastries.

charming but.... charming but ...the Inn is very lovely and has a great location near everything but needs a good deep clean.

Annex room damp and musty; inadequate response by front desk Annex room 471 was damp, smelled musty, and had little bugs flying around (probably due to dampness). When we walked around the carpeted rooms, our feet were damp. My cloth overnight bag was sitting on the floor and was damp on the bottom. When we expressed this to the front desk staff, they just stared blankly at us. No apology, no “we’ll look into that.” This response seems disingenuous since I have now read a number of reviews here saying the exact same thing. Just unacceptable to charge this much for a room of this quality. The restaurant staff were very nice, and the food was good.

Great classy inn Comfortable bed and room, very clean and quiet. Very convenient to all the places. If the internet were more stable, I would have given it a five-star.
