Great basic hotel I was in Franklin for a concert & just needed a place to sleep. I think people expect Hilton experience for a budget hotel price. The room was clean, bug free, nice bedding, slept well. I had my own pillow, so I didn't try hotels out. They offered 4 pillows per bed. Pillows seemed to be nice but am pillow picky, so I pack my own. The AC didn't seem to put out a lot of cold air. We left it on high while we went to concert. Temperature outside was in the 60's when we returned, so room temperature was ok. How would it have been if temperature was 80 overnight, I don't know. No extra room in the bathroom, buy it got the job done. It does have a table & stool outside the bathroom. There is no mirror over the table or lights over table, if someone needed to use it for hair or makeup. The bath towels were nice & thick. It does have a closet with sliding door with full length mirror on the doors. I didn't open the frig up, use the microwave or turn on the tv. The carpet looked ok, if it was replaced, it would update the room but I appreciate $97 (AAA discount) for 2 Q beds on a Friday night. If you have an issue climbing deep steps, make sure you get the bottom floor. I didn't see a sign for an elevator. Breakfast is on 6a-9am. I was too tired at 8am to go down before a shower, so breakfast was over with shortly before we were ready to go down. I would suggest for desk clerk to stay around the desk. It didn't take too long for him to show up to check in. I just laid key cards on counter when we checked out. I wasn't going to stand there for unknown time to say am gone. I hated not saying am gone, but if front desk can't be staffed at all times, I can't help just leaving. There is multiple restaurants in the area to choose from. Hotel is at the end of a dead end road. It appeared to had a building torn down before you got to the hotel. There is a lot for truck/camper/bus parking. I would stay again if I am ever back in the area & just needed a hotel for sleep only. I enjoy outdoor pools in the summer, if I have time to get in 1. That is the only thing the hotel didn't have besides an elevator for me.

Room was fine We had trouble getting a room in a nearby town an found this one. It was fine. Beds were comfy. We were able to get a first floor room which was nice. Room was clean an they had a hot breakfast. That’s always nice to eat before heading out. I would stay here again.

Great Stay for Quick Trip Hotel is convenient off I75 and near plenty of food options. Though the parking lot could get some TLC there was plenty of parking space and lighted. Young Gentleman (no name tag) who checked me in was nice and check-in was speedy. I was in town for work (night shift) so requested a room not facing the freeway and on second floor. Room was a nice size with double beds which were comfortable. Everything was clean and no noise. The gym had minimum equipment for cardio etc. Was clean and accessible by the first floor. Overall was a nice hotel for the price, location and need!

We had an uninvited guest in our room! Don’t stay at this hotel! It is the worst. My brother passed away and we were planning on staying here! I made a reservation for 3 nights, but we ended up checking in a day early. We checked in and my husband went to take a shower while I set up his CPAP machine. Well, all of a sudden, I saw a mouse in our room! At first my husband thought I was playing a joke on him until I handed him the small flashlight I carry in my purse and said see for yourself, it’s right there under the nightstand! Well, to his amazement, it was not a joke! He moved the nightstand and that mouse ran under the heat/ac unit. My husband was trying to stomp on it, but it ran quick. My husband got dressed and we started throwing things in bags. We didn’t care, we just wanted to get our stuff out of there. We loaded everything on the cart and went out to the front desk. The clerk who checked us in was checking in another customer, but asked if I need help. I told him, I could wait. I didn’t want to announce what was wrong. When I was able to speak with him, I explained our plight of finding a mouse inhabiting our room. He offered to move us to another room….what good would that do? If they have one, they have more! I asked for a refund for that night and for the other 3 nights I had already paid for. I spent almost 2 hours in the lobby of that hotel on the phone with 4 different people trying to explain the situation. The last person I spoke with wrote up some kind of complaint and I received a confirmation email the next day that ALL of my money would be refunded. We didn’t know where else to stay and I couldn’t call my family in the middle of the night. We ended up having to backtrack to the rest area about 20 miles away and spend the night in our vehicle. The temperature had dropped to freezing and it was definitely not a pleasant experience what-so-ever. I would not recommend to anyone to stay at this hotel. I won’t be staying in any of this chain of Quality Inn Choice Hotels again.

The Hotel really sucks. This place sucked. Everything about it sucked. When we first walked in it smelt terrible. And when we first saw the hotel it looks ugly looking. Then when we finally got into our hotel room the bed was weird feeling. Then when we all went to go to bed the air conditioner kept turning off and on all night. It made the room hot and made it hard to fall asleep. I wouldn't recommend coming here.
