Great place for an overnight stay. Great price. Clean room. Breakfast is a nice perk. This is the best option for an overnighter in Midland. Love how it is conveniently next to the interstate. We will be back as it is a long the way to Dallas.

I’d give negative stars if I could Where do I start…I booked a 4 night stay for a job that I was doing outside of Midland. When I arrived I immediately was overwhelmed by the smell of marijuana in and around the building, there was all kinds of loitering going on around the front door. The first 2 nights were ok nothing special just a place to shower and sleep between shifts. The third day I come in from work and something seems off. First I put the do not disturb sign on my door as I left in the morning and it wasn’t there when I got back. Thinking ok odd but no biggie, I go into my room. I sit in the chair and relax for a few. I go to get a soda out of the ice box that I had put in and it was gone…I thought to myself ok maybe I was tired and forgot to put the soda in there. I do a Quick Look around the room to see if I in fact left it out nope it was gone. That’s when I noticed a hand towel on my bed and I knew without a shadow of a doubt that I didn’t put that there because I hadn’t used a hand towel up to that point I also saw drawers partially open. I go to pick up the towel and find that someone had wiped their rear end with it as there was poop and hair on it. I cleaned my hands and stood in disbelief for a moment. I then packed all of my stuff went to the desk and informed the desk attendant I was checking out and demanded a refund on my room for the reasons listed above. The desk attendant calls the manager who says to give me a refund. I was then told since I used my credit card to book I would have to call them for a refund. I then waited for the security man I’m assuming he was the only person who had access to the security cameras. I waited for 3 hours to get an answer on who went into my room. After that I was told again I needed to contact my credit card company. I replied that we’ve already established that I want to know who was in my room and how they got in there. I was told well we don’t know about that. So that leads me to believe it was a staff member or they know the person responsible for it and are covering for them or they just have dummy cameras and nothing really recorded. All while I was sit in the lobby there was a family reunion going on behind the main counter where obnoxiously loud and they were harassing another guest trying to check in about their voice and had a dog with them that was constantly barking. I will never step foot on this property again and I would recommend no one else does either.

MY CAT IS DEAD!!! MY CAT IS DEAD!!! My cat got lost in their hotel and they found it days later. My son was in the hospital and I was assured they would find a safe place until he was discharged a few days after. Instead they called the pound without telling me where she got put down. Their response was callous beyond belief at hearing this news. Do not trust these people. They will not keep their word and the consequences will be dire. They were for my beloved 12 year old Jenny.

Do not stay here A nightmare. First two days I wasn’t issued a key anytime I needed to go to my room they had to let me in. Started kicking people out without refunds to make more room a total scam. Two weeks later still random charges from them. This place has zero AC anywhere besides your room. The pool is filthy. Trash all over the parking lot and stair well. Elevator breaks down constantly. So unprofessional… please save your bank account

Nice hotel in a hellish town I just needed a stopping off point between Dallas and El Paso and this was it. The hotel was being taken over by another chain so they initially couldn't find my booking but eventually it was sorted. The rooms were great: large, very clean, very comfortable. The staff were lovely: friendly, very helpful. Good value for money.
