Surprise visitor First of all, the staff was very nice. However….. the facility smelled musty. A/C appeared to not be working in certain areas. Overall appearance was dirty. Breakfast quality not up to par of other Hampton Inn’s. Carpet in stair wells were very dirty. The culmination was discovery of a 1.5 inch silverfish crawling up my back in the middle of the night. Will avoid in the future.

Mistake Not use to such poor service when I travel especially for the price we paid for three nights. Poor service, location and cleanliness all below the Hilton standard that I am use to. Make sure you pay attention to the overall rating before booking

Really enjoyed my stay and had no problems whatsoever. The hotel was very easy to find. The workers were very nice and accommodating the whole time. The room was very clean and stocked with everything you could need. The food was very good. The hotel was quiet.

Clean and comfortable Hotel was clean, remodeled, great beds, TV, The location was great. Breakfast was better quality to many I have been to. Stayed 2 nights. Even with a hotel full of soccer players rooms were quiet -!: we wee on first floor by the deak.

Hilton Honors members get the least desirable rooms. Always. It's odd that Hilton Honors members always get small rooms, near the noise, on the 1st floor. I mean Hilton allows us to accumulate points, but when we use them, I get the feeling, "Darn, points people. Oh well, we'll give them this room that the least desirable in the hotel" I find that really sad.
