Great bed but forget the rest... I'm sorry folks but the bed and pillows were the only things I can give a positive review on, for the room. Out of the four days, the one day I was in the room when cleaning was going on, they skipped my room. I left later but they never came back; even after a call to the front desk. I emptied my trash and used that plastic bag to take the bathroom towels, etc. to the front desk for exchange because that was the only way I way getting clean replacements (after waiting a couple of hours). I had places to go and needed another shower. The room was toward the back of the hotel, which I thought would be quieter- but no, NOISY!! All I could hear was the Highway Traffic with the semi's, motorcycles and other exhaust sounds. It was worst at 4-5:30am... (Front desk could let the patron in on this fact before assigning the room.) I also felt bad for anyone whose room was next to the elevator- the squeak from the door opening and closing was so loud, you could hear down the hall. The breakfast offered was typical you may receive at others that offer free breakfast. I featured the picture of the "fix" for the remote in the Fitness room. They didn't even use Duct Tape.. it was scotch tape and a paint stick cracked in half?? Seriously? What does a remote cost from Amazon- $6? I was just disappointed at the quality for the price charged per night. If you can, drive a little further...

Wouldn't Bother Stopping Here Desk clerk was not hospitable and went out of his way to make our check in a miserable experience. Rooms are dated and not so clean. Lots of highway noise and you can hear conversations from other rooms through the air vents. Elevator is sketchy. Only redeeming value was a decent selection for breakfast. With so many choices along this stretch oh highway, choose something else.

Needs to be updated The staff is fabulous. The hotel needs major renovation with bathroom . Light needed where coffee maker and microwave is, hard to be in the dark for that. Room was not stocked with lotion and coffee. No pen or paper in room as well. Remote doesn't have sleep option.

Lovely stay The is hotel was very clean. Staff was extremely friendly. From the wait staff at breakfast to the front desk. Front desk with manager Greg and two lovely women helped me find out about local museums. I would stay here again.

Great location and hotel Love the location, friendliness of the staff, responsiveness of the staff with issue, great breakfast, comfortable lobby to meet people and the business center worked, except the printer did not. Wifi was great
