WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION!! Thank you for explaining but yet you should train your staff. Since Wyndham and your receptionist told me to come and as I explained to them a was going to land between 11:30-11:45pm they both told me come in and we get you a room right away..as for my credit card you had no choice but to reimburse me. You said it yourself I apparently made the wrong reservation..Wyndham and you guys don’t know what the other hand is doing..COMMUNICATE WITHIN YOURSELVES.so you can give the right information to stranded customers..I am from New York I said it like it is..YOU GUYS ARE SCAMMERS!!

Self proclaimed best hotel Front desk staff Sella was rude, sarcastic and racist and ruined our stay. There was no one from management to talk to. Had to email the issue to Wyndham Headquarters. Still no concrete response. Will wait some more hours and escalate the issue on all US levels of no one reverts

Perfect location for SF airport This hotel was a life saver for us. First of all though the rooms are large set in a courtyard setting with very well tended gardens. A small pool and seating area was a boon. Why a life saver? Our flight back to theUK was cancelled at short notice. Shock horror. But fear not Ana in reception was on hand. She worked for BA in the evenings and through her contacts we flew out three days later. We thought she was helpful before but this went over and beyond the call of duty. Like Gen McArthur “we will be back “ our only comment would be that the breakfasts were a little disappointing. This is NOT the fault of the Edir, a charming man and Ana’s husband, but the policy of the hotel chain . Paper plates and wooden eating irons.
