Thoughtful Style and Service I've driven by several times and thought the place looked stylish. It's a real departure from the usual airport area aesthetic. Finally booked a reso and wanted to share a strong review. Especially appreciate the thoughtful service I received. And great location to get just about anywhere up and down the peninsula.

Good locks on the doors, skunk weed in the air…, See the review Gina C left below in March…. Nothing has changed. The first scent I got when exiting our car was burning skunk weed. Shady characters lurked about, and Yes— this place is a MOTEL. Thumps and noise from the room above us most of the night. The bed was all right, and housekeeping did an excellent job here.

I loved it! What a great vibe What a cute place! I love the vibe and the staff are awesome - super friendly and helpful. It's a mile from SFO. Fully renovated and modernized old motel with so much character. This was so much more enjoyable than a chain hotel. Price is great too.

Location is My Only Positive Take “Well you’re going to have to dispute it with them.” said the female sounding voice on the other side of the line. The classic case of two corporate entities passing the buck back and forth at the expense of the hard-working consumer who will never will. Instead of deescalating the situation she/her? (at 11:01 am on October 11th 2024) had an attitude and started yelling at me and slammed the telephone receiver as she hung up. I’m just a local high school teacher who wanted a pleasant weekend staycation. The convenient location is the only positive comment that I have for this place. The basic rooms are very basic and for any semblance of comfort, you have to stay in a deluxe room, which of course, costs more money. Consumers lose again.

Very Comfortable Beds, Walking Distance to BART Station, One Stop From SFO. A well executed remodel. Very modern. Within walking distance to the Millbrae BART station, one stop from the SFO Airport stop. Remodeled room with really comfortable beds and pillows. Even the towels were thick and clean. Large, walk-in marble shower with a shower head suitable for even very tall people. The lady at the front desk was very professional and concerned. I felt like she would immediately take care of any issues we may have had during our stay. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. We had breakfast at Neil’s Coffee Shop a block away that was really good. I had the smoked salmon Eggs Benedict and my son had the Greek omelet with gyro meat, both were well prepared and well presented. It was a delight to see such attention to detail at the hotel and everywhere we went in Millbrae.
