Don't stay here Go somewhere else No breakfast ever, pool hasn't been open in probably a year. There was no hot water from the bathroom sink. The hair dryer cord was cut the Mircowave was so dirty and rusted you couldn't use it. No work out room. Blood on the floor in the room. no ice bucket or ice tray and they will try to charge you for any item missing. Total disgrace hole you would be better off sleeping on the highway. I took pictures of everything and the management would give no refund.

Rude and nasty The management is horrible and rude! The first night we were there we had to go back to the office after check in and get sheets and towels, had to make up the beds ourselves. You could tell the Floors had not been cleaned in days! Dead roaches and cigar paper everywhere. The next day when we asked for clean towels the lady manager said we need the used ones so we can wash, we have no clean towels! The toilet was backed up, the housekeeping staff sit outside on balcony and smoke dope! Very unprofessional and rude!

The most terrible experience ever The most terrible place I have ever experienced! I had a tournament in Millington, Tennessee on 1/19/2019, so I booked this awful place through the Expedia about 3 weeks in advance, because other hotels/motels which near the place host tournament were fully booked; however, the property manager/owner told me that my name was not shown in the system, she asked me to pay her directly with higher rate again to make sure I can stay in this place. Otherwise I would not have place to stay! I left the property for my tournament registration. When I came back the property, the front desk told me that her boss (property manager/owner) told her I could have the same rate I booked from Expedia, and they would help me solve the issue which my reservation didn't show in the property system with Expedia if I pay them directly; it was late and the weather was horrible outside at that time, plus I had a long day traveled to Millington, so I paid them directly. I thought I could have a rest and prepare my tournament for next day, however, the property manager and employee did not cooperate with both Expedia and me to solve the issue even when the Expedia provided all documents to the property manager/owner. Plus the property manager threated and harrass me that I affected her business if I kept trying to solve the issue with Expedia and them, because it would block their phone line even the front desk always put Expedia on hold!!! I returned the key and requested to refund after all this chaos, because I didn't stay in her property, but the manager didn't allow me to request refund!! This terrible place charged me even I didn't stay and request refund right after we saw the terrible env of the property. We drove to the downtown Memphis in the heavy rain and stayed there instead.

Never again We were trying to find an affordable option for a business trip. We picked this one, wish we'd paid 3 times as much some where else! We got there and the sign did not even say Quality Inn! The clerk was very nice, she gave us our room key. When we opened the door to the NON-smoking room, we were almost knocked over by the smell! I walked to see about another room. She gave us another room, walked to the one we were at. She could even smell it outside of the room. We then took our belongings to our new room, which still smelled. Our belongings still smell. The bathroom was gross, we tried to leave quickly the next morning. The breakfast was passable, but the eggs were burning in the warmer and I never saw anyone to tell them. The only reason this is getting a 2 is because the woman was very nice and helpful! Really wish I could un-stay here.
