Our stay was ok. I was unsure if I should book here due to the amount of the negative reviews, but because most of them seemed old I was hopeful they had fixed the cleanliness issues. Unfortunately they have not. The common areas are scuffed/scratched/don’t look professional. Our linens and towels were clean but the room was not, especially the shower and floors. I saw housekeeping working so I know they do clean some things. It was clear deep cleaning hasn’t happened in a long time though, and general maintenance isn’t kept up well. It was dirty enough that we all kept our shoes on in the room. The pool was fine - it was the reason I took the chance here. My kids enjoyed it and it was clean enough. I wouldn’t make that the deciding factor again though.

If You Like Playing The Floor Is (Sticky) Lava... We read a ton of reviews on a number of hotels and while this one had its fair share of complaints, we thought most of them seemed like complaints about the crowded pool and noise associated. So we booked it. Please listen to me when I say... don't do it. The room itself looks like it's been updated, but there are SO many little things that make it an unpleasant stay. The occupants prior to us had clearly had a party of some sort, and we got to live in their mess. There was confetti all over the place, broken forks all under the couch when we pulled out the couch bed, and gobs of tape stuck to the walls, desk, and shelves. We found Nerds (candy) all over the floor, furniture, and in the bed. There were stains of green frosting and wine on all sides of each of the couch cushions, and tons of frosting smeared into the carpet. Our feet literally stuck to the floor as we walked through the room, so it turned into a massive game of The Floor Is Lava where we were all avoiding putting our feet on the carpet without shoes on. The floor throughout the entire first floor was sticky and you could clearly see stains, spills, and drips that were not fresh. The coffee table in our room was broken, and the door to the room was hanging off the top hinge, so that it was extremely difficult to open and had to be forced (hard) to shut. The worst part was sitting on the bed playing cards with my husband when something jabbed me in the foot, and we found a small piece of broken glass in the comforter. Thankfully, I hadn't yet lay down in the spot or it would have hurt much worse elsewhere on my body. Breakfast was good. We swam in the morning before checkout and the pool was decent, though we were the only ones there and I could absolutely see how it probably gets very loud and chaotic in there very quickly. The birthday party that took place in our room clearly also was at the pool at some point as there were large globs of green frosting on the tables and all over the floor in the pool area. We stayed on a Monday night, and it was not busy at all, so it's not like there had been no time to try to catch up on the cleaning and/or no other room to put us in while they cleaned more thoroughly. Regardless, we will absolutely not stay here again.

Terrible hotel. Avoid if at all possible. I've been to this hotel twice in the past two months and it has been perhaps the worst hotel I have ever stayed at (and I've traveled a lot). My first trip was terrible but thought the second couldn't be worse... was I wrong. Would have stayed elsewhere but the rest of the dance team was in the same place. Came with my family both times for a dance competition and both times the hotel was overflowing with people. Literally over 100 kids in the pool with zero management oversight. Also had partying at night so barely slept. Called the front desk multiple times with zero resolution. Will NEVER stay here again. It's like a zoo with no zookeeper. To anyone thinking about it... please do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

Just go elsewhere I don’t know how this hotel has any 5 star reviews. I really don’t. We stayed at the beginning and end of a week long trip and paid to park our car here. The hotel had large parties both times and there were no parking places. Kind of a problem if you booked a park and fly. We ended up waiting for someone to leave and got the LAST parking place in the lot. Kids were running up and down the hallways well past 11:00 pm which also wasn’t great with an early morning flight. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. PS if you’re thinking of booking for the pool area - it looked like a zoo in there.

best stay due to front desk I like this hotel for the pool and breakfast. I have stayed in the past and even though the people at the desk are not the friendliest, i still returned. I must say I am glad I did. The lady at the desk was a woman named Heather and she was the most polite, informative and courteous woman that I have ever encountered. She went out of her way to make sure me and my family had a nice evening, when I was experiencing difficulties. I hope this lady is there the next time I come in. Management, please give this lady a big thumbs up.
