Good for 2 nights The hotel is super close to the airport and offers airport pickup which is very convenient. I called when I arrived and the shuttle arrived in 10 minutes and had no issues. Check in was easy. They held $100 deposit on my card and I was able to get an early check in. The room was decent and clean. The shower looked like it needed some updating but I was there for work and not vacation so it didn't really bother me. They have vending machines in the building and the place was quiet. No loud noises or anything disturbing. Some of the people that stayed there seemed a little shady but once again I was there for work and was in and out. I would stay there again if I need to go back for work.

Bad experience with family The one good thing I will say is it had a good breakfast. They said Expedia let us book a room we shouldn’t have been able to because it only holds 3. But magically for 20 extra dollars over something not our fault we could stay there still. Then they had no pillows or blanket for the pull out couch for my kids and when we called they said they were full and couldn’t help us but would check with laundry but never got back to me. The chlorine level has to be high in hotels but was so high my sons eyes hurt all night so bring goggles if you use it. The elevator was making strange noises people told us not to get on but even though they reported it it stayed open all night. For a similar rate there are just so many other hotels to stay at. Don’t stay here.

Quality Suites Milwaukee Airport - DO NOT BOOK! The manager, Hetal Patel was rude and canceled my family's hotel reservation because she assumed we lived within a 30 mile radius of the hotel. In addition, the booking company, Reserving.com screwed up the number of guest I requested and beds (2 adults & 2 kids = 2 queen beds) and confirmed 2 adults and 1 king size bed. Her attitude and behavior towards rectifying the situation was unprofessional and rude. She was not actively listening or trying to see what she could do as the manager to get us a room. She canceled our reservation and didn't care. I would NOT recommend this place to stay if it's the last hotel on earth based on management's care and compassion towards people!

Damage Scam! BE AWARE! Hotel will charge you for damage to their poorly kept rooms. They charged me $650 for a couch that we did not damage. If you're going to stay, document everything in the room. Not worth the scam risk staying here.

Was expecting better for the price The rooms are spacious with a separate living room. There is a fridge and a single-cup coffee maker. The bed is wonderfully comfortable. There is an arcade. The Bad: The location is noisy, the pool had sand all over the bottom, the hot tub was out of order and we didn't even try the sauna. The tub in the bathroom is small and the bathroom really needs refreshed.
