Amazing Customer Service and Hospitality! Definitely coming back here! The location of the hotel is accessible to great food and nearby shops. The service is amazing! Anita is the cherry on top! She has great hospitality greeting patrons with great smile! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and have the best experience during our stay! Zack in the pm shift was also amazing! Having great customer service especially in this line of business makes people keep wanting to come back to stay! Hyatt Regency is lucky to have amazing workers like Anita and Zack! Keep up the great work! __

Vacation The staff was very professional starting with the valet. Very nice people all the way around. Treated us great the whole weekend.

Convention time! The hotel is clean, attentive and willing to help with any questions or concerns. Food/restaurant is very expensive so if you are planning on dining in, be prepared.

Wouldn't go back First, the positives: the staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, the beds were comfortable, the shower was fine. But there were some really negative negatives-- I'm not all that fussy, but the housekeeping was too awful to ignore-- trash left on the windowsill from a previous guest, smears on the mirrors, visible dust, a random piece of linen left on the floor--for days-- after the room was serviced. VERY negative was our experience in the "market" on the 1st floor, which gouges guests with absolutely outrageous prices. The lighting in the room was poor, furniture looked a bit beat-up, and the decor throughout the hotel was aggressively ugly and sterile. I didn't want to go down to a "poor" rating but all in all, "average" is too high. We wouldn't stay here again.

Great hotel The hotel was great could use an upgrade but overall it was very good. The Starbucks was the worst part! That coffee shop needs to close down. The older blonde lady is rude is heck and should not be in customer service. Everyone else including the amazing Hyatt staff were phenomenal
