Great 1 night stay We went for a quick 1 night stay and it was great! The front desk personnel was efficient and very pleasant. We had a room on the 12th floor with a view of downtown. Once we were settled in the room, we got a text asking if we needed anything. We had a couple requests for extra items and they were delivered very promptly. The sleeping area and bathroom were absolutely spotless. As with most hotels, there was just one chair and one desk chair. We didn't hear a sound. In fact, I'm not sure there were any other guests on our floor! My only complaint with the room is the pillows are very small and only 2 person. It seems like even lesser hotels are offering lots of pillow options these days. Their restaurant (Firelake) was closed to in-person dining but is opening this weekend. We made a quick 1 minute walk to Fhima's across the street and had a wonderful meal. Highly recommended! We did take advantage of the in-room dining menu for breakfast. It was very good, delivered fresh and hot through contactless delivery. As it was the only option, I was surprised to see very high fees added to the bill. We would recommend this hotel to people coming to Minneapolis for many reasons. It is very close to Target Center and Target Field as well as walkable to lots of restaurants and entertainment once things open up again.

Wonderful stay for my weekend getaway! Kind staff! The hotel was super clean and my king bed room was spacious. I was on the 14th floor, and had a decent view if I looked left and right, but right across was another building (city view, they said). Given COVID, hotel was and felt empty, so staff were extra willing to help - e.g I needed a plate to heat some food up. Bedroom wasn't refreshed before my second night, but that could be because of COVID and/or I used two free night certs that can't be booked on the same reservation. Hotel was centrally located for me to get to the train in 5 minutes, and despite the limited restaurant options during COVID, walkable to enough of those as well. It is a block away from several strip clubs which surprised me.
