Pee stained mattress. Could use some funds for updates. Main issue was not found until last morning. Found mattress although covered with a clean pad had a very large urine stain. Pad and bedding above was clean so issue was known and allowed. May be because of COVID, but for a 4 night stay I was expecting maid service at least once. Was built as a nice hotel. Just looks like not much spent since.

A pleasant stay. The room was large, clean, and quiet. The COVID-compliant breakfast was acceptable. The parking lot is large and there is a large open lobby. The staff is helpful. The hotel is located across the street from a mostly empty mall.

Great Hotel This property is centrally located near 394/169 and adjacent to Ridgedale Mall. This property is very convenient going to Lake Minnetonka / Wayzata as well as Downtown Minneapolis and many of the other parts of the Twin Cities. The hotel is clean modern, fast check in, well kept. Dining options were extremely limited due to COVID they had closed all of their on site facilities. The pool and gym were open and functioning. The beds at this property are excellent.

Stay Somewhere Else The lobby was nice and the person working at the front desk was friendly. Our room, though, wasn’t great. The fridge wasn’t working, and when I tried to call guest services to ask about it. I found the phone was dead too. The room was too warm and got warmer as the night went on even though we had the heat turned off. There was no way to cool it down because their air conditioners aren’t connected in the winter.

Awesome front desk service When we checked in at the front desk, Yolanda was there to greet us. Super friendly and very accommodating, whatever questions we had she always had an answer for us.After a long day of traveling around she made feel very welcome. The hotel was fine but could use a refresh and an update.
