Very nice stay Hotel is very convenient to interstate and is very nicely furnished. I love the fact that they have chocolate chip cookies waiting for you when you check in. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had lots of options and plenty of room to move around without bumping into everybody else. I would stay here again.

Great Place Hotel had very friendly staff and very helpful staff. Check in and out was easy. Rooms were very clean, bathroom clean, and bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold quality food. Breakfast area was large. There are some eating establishments within walking distance but for most, driving is required. I would definitely stay here again.

Disabled Veteran discrimination Had checked into Best Western Grant Creek on Saturday 13 July with my ADA Certified service dog (I am a 100% disabled veteran) and had answered all the pertinent questions about the service dog upon check in. I had no issues until today, 16 July, at breakfast when I was rudely confronted by a young lady who made a B line towards me from one of the hallways. She failed to identify herself as a member of the hotel staff, did not have a name tag on and proceeded to grill me as to what services my dog performs for me and that dogs cannot be in the breakfast area. Instead of asking me quietly she did this aggressively in front of the other guests and my family. Not only did she look ignorant, she was discriminating and harassing. My dog was wearing a service vest, sitting quietly under my legs, I am wearing a t-shirt with Wounded Warriors on it and this individual bares down on me like I am committing a crime, confronting me in this open forum? There are better ways to handle it, instead of looking ignorant, prior to your approach ask the clerk how many service dogs are at the hotel, anyone get a military discount with a service dog? I am sure it isn't classified information (odds are not many on Monday morning in an empty hotel). If you are still clueless, then identify yourself to the patron, give your name, your role etc. ask if you can speak off to the side and quietly ask if he's a service dog? That should be the end of it? Instead I am raked over the coals in front of my family and belittled in front of the remaining breakfast guests? Disgusted I finally ask the man at the desk who the individual was who confronted me and all he would give me was her first name, Whitney. This was a humiliating and ugly experience as a 100% disabled veteran. Whitney displayed a serious lack of judgement as she harassed and directly discriminated against me for my disabilities and it WILL be my last at Best Western. I will be calling my VA Rep along with my congressman.
