Stunning river views, friendly staff and lovely clean hotel. A lovely hotel - rooms were clean and spacious with good amenities. The bar/ restaurant was good, staff friendly and helpful and the outside terrace overlooking the river is a gem. They have a good happy hour menu and the rest of the menu looked great also. Check in staff were very friendly and helpful, as were all the staff we encountered throughout the stay. I would highly recommend.

Old Terrible Hotel and Crappy Management I will NEVER EVER EVER stay at this old TERRIBLE hotel again. I gave it a second chance because I wanted to stay down town and most hotels were sold out. When we arrived (around 3pm), our room was warm and while on the second floor, it is the top floor and there was an enormous amount of noise in the attic space above us. RED FLAG!!! I turned the AC down… we left for dinner. Hours later, our room was warmer than outdoors which was 86 degrees. ! I called… no maintenance… nothing for an hour. I call AGAIN. Chiller broken - no way it’s fixed tonight!!!! I KNOW 100 % that was the 3 pm noise. The hotel management KNEW THEN AND DID NOTHING!!!! THAT is my problem… things happen. It is what you DO ABOUT IT THAT MATTERS! I would’ve had more options at 3pm! Or even 4pm! They waited for the calls to come in I guess! Even on a normal day, the walls here are made of cardboard and it stinks. Beware! Run!!! The Holiday Inn is SOOOOO SUPERIOR as would be my car right now.

Not great So disappointed about my stay, my room is dirty, sheets don’t fit on the bed so if you move you are touching the mattress. The pictures sell nothing but beauty and river. I have a loud room with nothing but loud traffic noise. Just wanted a snack, no gift shop or vending machines. Couldn’t find an elevator so had to lug my suitcase up the stairs. Just overall disappointing, would never stay here or recommend to anyone.

When in Missoula…. We won’t stay anywhere else! This hotel has gorgeous views of the Clark Fork River. The rooms are spacious and clean. Make sure to get a river view! Also the restaurant on the premises is delicious! And if you like hiking, head up the M and see the views of Missoula!

Nothing beats a river view This is a Missoula staple and the recently renovated rooms are some of the best and biggest in the city. It’s the river rooms that keep me coming back. Staff are friendly and helpful. There were minor issues throughout my stay, but they were fixed and it wouldn’t keep me from coming back. Fin offers a great view, quality food and the breakfast staff always did a fantastic job. Service in the evenings could be a bit rough around the edges, but they got the job done and the food was absolutely solid.
