Americas Best Value Inn Missouri Valley

One night was okay. No-frills motel. Our room was clean, and that was what we were mainly looking for, but the beds weren't very comfortable, mattresses thin and hard. Breakfast was nothing special, but the price was right.

One Night Stay We enjoyed most of our visit here. Huge parking area. Huge room. Beds were comfy. Breakfast adequate. Staff was super friendly. Restaurants and gas stations nearby. Interesting birds all over the parking lot. Wifi was horrible.

Drive past this horrible place We checked in, once we went to the room we discovered it was nasty, we photographed bugs, there where stains on the sheet, crusty mess on the floor, and what appeared to be human fecal matter on the wall. We were traveling with three kids, including a small toddler. No way where we putting our kids in that room. According to management the room was adequate. With COVID 19, the hotels cleaning standards are not even minimal, let alone adequate. We didn’t cancel our reservation, we checked in, we kept up our part but the hotel failed to provide a clean room, so we decided to leave. The hotel refused a refund. The manager is impossible to deal with. Do yourself a favor, head down the road to Council Bluffs, much cleaner options with friendly customer service.

Birthday We've stayed here once before and either forgot how bad it was or it's gotten worse. Very outdated, mattresses were very thin, lots of contractors. The contractors ended up being quieter than expected after seeing them carrying cases of beer to their rooms. We only stayed here because we were tired of driving and the Travelodge was full.

So gross I really have to say I wish they would let me post a video because this is the most disgusting place that I have ever went into hotel wise and these people expect essential workers to have to live like this when they could catch the virus that’s horrible and there’s dirty nasty stuff under the bed the walls are busted the TV is busted there’s white stuff slung all over the bathroom like what is it shampoo skeet conditioner we don’t knowAll I know is it’s really gross and I’m really freaking out because my husband and my son have to live like this so they can fix your highways here and you don’t even take the time during a pandemic to clean your room between people because if you did they wouldn’t be candy boxes under the bed they wouldn’t be chewed stuff under the bed ther wouldn’t be dirty Kleenex when we don’t even have a box of Kleenex in the room there is a hole for it but it is empty the white shower curtain has brown crap gross stuff all over it this is gross and I would never come here again heck out these nasty pictures.. do you see the rotten orange under the bed OMG
