Good Stay In Moab Standard Hampton experience which is good! Nothing unusual or unexpected. Room on 3rd floor near elevator was not noisy. Beds were comfortable and a/c worked well. TV is updated and large size. Did not use the coffee maker. Breakfast was good. Coffee was good. Wish Hampton would give guests a cold bottle of water upon checkin. Especially in hot dry climates like Moab.

Very close to Arches National Park. Bed very comfortable. Nice shower. We two stayed for one night while visiting Arches National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park. We would stay here again. LOCATION: 5.0. 10 minutes to Arches National Park. ROOM: 4.0. Our first room had a strong sewage smell coming from the shower (note that this is apparently an issue with rooms 100, 200, and 300), and the front desk staff quickly moved us to a different room per our request. BED was very comfortable, and towels were of good quality. Walk-in SHOWER was a pleasure to use. SERVICE: 4.0. Disappointed the first person let us check in to room 200, when the sewage smell issue was a known issue among the staff. On the other hand, we were pleasantly surprised to be allowed to check in early, and to change rooms quickly after we complained of the sewage smell. BREAKFAST: 4.0. The included breakfast was quite good with several choices, and the availability (on request) of to-go breakfast bags (in order to view sunrise in Arches) was welcome. Would have been even better if non-dairy milk alternatives were available.

Excellent Vicki shows what front desk hospitality is all about. Pleasant and professional! The room was clean and comfortable with a good breakfast with a to go brown bag of goods for the road. Will stay on the way back through. No worries here. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Refreshing Stay We stopped at the Hampton Inn on our way through Moab because the highway was closed. Vicki was wonderfully upbeat and pleasant at check-in and then helped us resolve a double-booking error. The Hampton is clean and bright and the air conditioning goes low enough for an old broad to sleep! All of it was a great relief after a difficult travel day.

Awesome attentive staff yesterday after a day of rafting the river. on our way back to the Hotel my family was caught out in a monsoon. as we entered the hotel the staff saw that my daughter was cold wet and shivering. The quickly grabbed he a warm towel got her something warm to drink. If you want to stay somewhere with attentive and excellent staff this is the place to be.
