Disgusting employee with the blonde hair who said she hated Republicans and Trump Review of Super 8 by Wyndham Moab When I first arrived, the room I was given was gross, so I asked if I could be moved into another room and I was. The 2nd room was ok but still gross. During the evening, the employee who was a Caucasian female with the short blonde hair and tattoos became triggered when I asked her where she was from. She said she moved from North Carolina and she couldn't stand living there and then said, "I hate Baptist people!" and "I hate Republicans!" and "I hate Trump!" to me a complete stranger! I never asked her so I am not sure why she went off like that. I told her to "Stop talking about politics to me" but she continued to do so. She went off on Trump and started complaining about a list of evil things he did. I asked her a 2ND TIME to please stop talking about politics. I told her that "Everyone is entitled to their opinion. "I said that there are "two things that I don't talk about to strangers, which are politics and religion." She continued to talk about it and I told her a 3RD time to stop. Then I stopped her from continuing, and walked away. When I came out of my room 1 hour later to get some juice (next to the front desk) she gave me this hateful stare as I passed the counter and proceeded to stare me down in a rude way. I spent over $480 for my stay and the employee just gave me the receipt without saying one word to me. She ignored me completely. Unprofessional disgusting customer service.

Closed without notice I made reservations in March for 5 nights in Moab. When we arrived there was a note on the door saying it was closed for renovations. We never received any communication about a closing. Luckily we were able to find another place with vacancy for 6 people for a week. However, the rooms were much smaller, there was no free breakfast and it cost over $200 more for the week. Super 8 in Moab caused us to go way over budget on this trip. Very disappointed in the ownership and lack of customer service.

CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS but not notified We confirmed our reservation months ago. We pull up to the hotel to find signs on the doors saying it’s closed for renovations. Problem is, we never received a call, email, etc. telling us they close! We checked into a nearby hotel. The clerk who checked us in said that they have received numerous additional guests who also were not notified. This hotel we’re staying at is nice, but it’s close to $200 more for our three days here! Really Super 8… really?

This hotel is CLOSED We booked two rooms in April 2021 for a stay at this hotel. The reviews weren't bad, and we'd stayed at other Wyndham properties in the past with good results, so I was not overly worried, although I wasn't expecting the Ritz. What I also wasn't expecting was to arrive at the hotel to find the doors locked, and a sign indicating that they were CLOSED, and that I would have to find accommodations elsewhere. Still working on getting back over $1000 in pre-paid funds. Wish me luck. Lesson learned, do your homework.

This Super 8 in Moab is CLOSED There is a sign on front door that say closed for renovation. I just had to re book across the street. NO WORD FROM ANYBODY that it was closed... Lucky that MOAB is big and there are some hotels that have vacancy. I called and no answer yesterday but my third company booking company assured me it was open. IT IS NOT!!!!!
