Need thermostat Very nice and clean great staff, my only complaint would be the AC/heater it was either on or off no way to adjust temperature. Started out with heat on low. Got extremely hot in there, had to turn on low cool to alleviate heat then got to cold.

Nicer than some other places costing much more We were here only one night, but the room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. There was even a little mid-room with a couch before reaching the area with the bed. Some very nice touches. When we went for breakfast, they were out of nearly all hot food, but one of the employees hustled back to the kitchen to be sure we would have egg and sausage before we left. Thank you!

Degrading!!!!!! I paid in full $270 online 8/26 for 2 queens for my coworker and I. I left my id at home by accodent. The man at the desk asked me to have my spouse email my id. He told me i had to pay cash $150 deposit. Since i left my purse at home by accident w my debot card i i could only pay cash later that night. He asked for my social card which i didnt have. He also told me my friend could use her id and card to check in. I said that she plans on coming at 3 in the morning so we both can come back and provide all of that. He told me that i was making excuses and i couldnt check in at 3am! and to get out!!!! My husband called and asked why he wasnt charged a deposit last weekemd when he and i stayed. He also payed much less in full online. He asked why i couldnt pay the cash either later on that nightand the man told him he follows the rules. I was treated as if i was a security threat and a liar and i paid 100 percemt of my stay there. I lost 115 dollars canceling and was refused service and this man refused to accept all requested forms of ID and lied to me saying i could not check in at 3am! This is how this comany treats an exhauted mom pf 3 kids thanks. Being told to get out for questioning this man, for just being upset he was clearly making it impossible for me to check in and unbelievably refusing to accept the all forms of id he specifically asked for was humiliating . I just work out there! If ur a patron and lose your id or have it stollen this hotel will cost you financially amd treat you like a pos

One of many We chose this hotel in order to keep our choice hotel points. It is one of perhaps a dozen lodgings in what I would describe as a hotel village. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Even though we were close to I 10 we did not hear any traffic noise. The breakfast area had adequate seating and the usual selections. This location is a good spot if you plan to continue on to Mississippi or Dauphin Island. The only negatives would be the noisy elevator and the carpet in our room which needs either cleaning or replacement. Wear slippers or shoes or your feet will be filthy.

For all my TripAdvisor friends, suggest you keep on looking for a place to stay! This week we were surprised that one of our Comfort Suites did not want to open their pool so I called ahead on this one. And yes their pool is open. However, they do not have breakfast. Do have coffee. Even the lounge area is still closed. The rooms: very dated with aged dirty carpet but clean. Beds are comfortable. Adequate towels and they are fresh and clean. Parking is plentiful. Again, maybe I failed to ask the right questions but I relied on their (now that I know) false website info of things available for guests.
