Impeccable cleaning and safety precautions taken! I am a frequent guest at this hotel when traveling back home to visit and recently stayed here a few weeks ago during the Covid pandemic. I must tell you EVERYONE of the staff members took all measures of ensuring we were safe and them as well. They were cleaning non stop and a still greeting (with mask and gloves on) all while still remaining the very sweet staff I am so use to greeting each time I visit. Hands down top notch customer service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Brief Stay My wife and I were just passing through on our way to pick up some seafood for the 4th weekend and this place had an amazing rate & decent location. The front desk lady was very nice. The room was updated however the TV & remote dis not work and was older. Parts of the room had not been vacuumed around the edges.

Very disappointed I am a Marriott Rewards Member for almost 25 years, and this is the first time I have felt compelled to write a bad review. When I arrived at check in the receptionist wasn't wearing any mask. Neither was there any hand disinfectant, or social distancing. The room we were assigned was clean looking; then I took off my shoes to find out the carpet was wet. The ice machine on the 2nd floor has a drip pan underneath it that is just plain gross. In an era of coved 19 this isn't acceptable. Last night I spent the night at the Courtyrd in Houston, Tx. Now that was just the opposite! Amazingly clean! The staff ere all masked and assured everyone else was as well!

Great location All issues and concerns were addressed!! My stay was pretty pleasant. Beautiful showers, fresh building and kind staff. The maintenance staff ED, was friendly and respectful! Would recommend this hotel to others!

Love the Courtyards The hotel was great as usual. The Starbucks or whatever inside was slow, expensive and not great. Tomato soup was like watered down Cambells, but not as good. Egg shells in the salad, ordered first, brought last. _ wine 10$ a pop!!! Paid for park and cruise, stayed one night, Derek's taxi service dropped is at the port. Gave them the day and time of return. (They already know, only one ship leaves that port) I texted the day before we landed and the morning of, then called. No response. Called the hotel, talked to one of the driver's and got frustrated. Took a cab to the hotel$40 !!!!!
