A stripped down, minimal amenity, wallet friendly stay. I was a bit shocked upon arrival and check in to this hotel. This was the most stripped down, bare bones motel experience I have ever had. Many amenities listed on the website were missing. The few that are still in place include the tiny pool and free parking. There was no wifi, no housekeeping, no coffee/breakfast, no gym. The meeting room had no furniture and a tread mill was being stored in the lobby, but was not usable. I had an ironing board, but no iron. I was provided a single plastic wrapped cup for my three night stay. I believe that multiple people were living here, as I overheard some disgruntled exchanges with employees in the reception area. This is the first accommodation in over a decade that I felt I needed to lock my door. I was woken up two nights in a row by someone knocking and talking loudly outside my room. The room itself seemed to be newly remodeled while the rest of the facility seems to be in disrepair. The price certainly reflects the experience.

Terrible place I reserved a non-smoking room and the first room (207)they gave me reeked of cigarettes even though it has the sign that it's non-smoking. The second room (205) had a bad smell but I was too exhausted and just wanted to sleep. My nose hurt and barely slept through the night. The pillow had a bad smell to it too. This was the first time I've been scared to sleep on a bed because I was scared of what was going to happen. The couch was disgusting (had stains all over it), the toilet seat wasn't clean. The walls had stains on them, hair in the refrigerator. The area seemed sketchy to me. There was a guest there while I was checking in that seemed sketchy and the front desk attendant asked for my number. I gave them a fake number because I didn't feel comfortable someone who seemed sketchy to me hearing it. They need to renovate that space and make things more secure. The attendant was kind

TRAVELLERS BEWARE TRAVELLERS BEWARE, The backside of the MOTEL has prostitution and drug dealing into the wee hours of the morning. The room smells of mold, the tub takes an hour to drain, stains on the bedspreads. towels, bath mats etc etc. Cigarette burns everywhere. Bathroom doorknob broken. Hairdryer does not work. Nothing in the room but one bar of soap. No shampoo, lotion, conditioners, tissues, etc etc. No batteries in the remote. The mattress is on some sort of metal frame that sounds like a bass drum evertime you bump it or roll over in bed. NO COFFEE POT IN ROOM AND NO COFFEE IN THE LOBBY. When you leave your room and return you have to go to the front desk and have your key reprogrammed. A family member booked this room. Had it been me I would have demanded an immediate refund and went to a real hotel. I am 63 years old and have traveled all over the world and I must say this is the absolute most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. I would not board a dog here. Before the owners respond as to how sorry they are and they will work to improve things is a lie. They know all these things about the place yet continue to rip off customers. As first time visitors I say the city of Mobile needs to shut these slum lords down. This place is a scab on your great city.

NO!! Don’t…please go ANYWHERE else! I felt giving 1-star was probably too generous. The room was ok, the staff was fine, but the long-term “guests” were a complete nightmare. I left after 2 hours of trying to sleep. Should have just kept on driving through, which is what I did as of 2am. Please do not waste your time, money, and integrity. You’re better off stopping by the side of the road and napping in your car.

Worse than all the reviews! What a dump! We were so tired and got there late, and the the room was just horrible the bathroom door was busted from middle to the bottom, holes in walls, dirty wash cloth on the shower curtain....... just makes me sick trying to write this. Beware! Stay at your own risk!
