The hotel is improving by leaps and bounds and I can't wait to see what the new owners make of it! I give this hotel a 4 out of 5 because I have been watching the improvements and look forward to the full renovation. You get what you pay for, here in Mobile hotels average 200-350 a night so anyone expecting luxury on a budget won't find it here. The jetted tub rooms are great, esp for the price! They are quite large! A full bedroom with a desk, a separate kitchen with a table and a small living room with a couch and coffee table. Plus the lovely sized 2 person jetted tub! The rooms are clean, it's a quiet inn. I come here quite often as a local staycation and have never felt unsafe in the hotel or on the grounds. The NEW staff is excellent and I'm very excited about the new owners renovations. It will take a while, the rooms on the 3rd floor are being renovated first and will be working downward from there. Eventually both the pool and hot tub will be fully renovated and in working order again!!! The jets in the tub in room 118 could be adjusted so they aren't quite so loud and it would be nice for the ice machine to be working but I understand these are all items on the list working through the full renovation plans to be completed. This has been my go-to quiet me time escape, I literally live around the corner since I moved here 3 years ago and I'm so excited to watch my special place grow into an even more grand experience over the next year or so!

Horrible The hotel do not look like anything in the picture, the only good customer service I gotten was from the gentleman over night at the front desk, the breakfast was horrible the cereal was old, the juices was water down, the cable didn’t work, the WiFi didn’t work at all! I ask for towels and it took 3 hours to get some. Overall my experience was horrible they need to do better especially with serving old breakfast to there guest.

Every photo on the website is a lie. It's a wreck. No. Run. Don't stay here. According to online reviews, this place has been in a constant state of demolition aka "renovation" for four months. Filthy overflowing dumpsters in the parking lot, rain-bloated mattresses thrown into parking spaces, broken tile littering the ground as a trip hazard, the pool a giant hole in the ground with zero safety fencing around it, no breakfast, no coffee, no LOBBY, no meeting room, no fitness room, no safe locking exterior doors (all propped open 24/7 with "warning: construction zone" signs!), checkout on a card table, clouds of dust from the broken tile and the noise of jackhammers everywhere. It should not be open!

Shabby. I always hesitate to book any quality inn these days due to the lack of.. erm... Quality. But I decided to risk it again. Nevertheless, it is still as shabby as quite literally every other danky quality inn I have stayed at in the past couple of years. Mold in the bathroom. No shampoo/conditioner bottles. Standing water in the tub. Broken dresser drawers. They are also painting the building and have signs up everywhere that say "if you park close to the building in parking spots, we are not responsible for paint on your car." The floors in the room are uneven, they only give you two very small pillows, the indoor pool is closed (a main reason why I booked this place), and the whole place is just a mess. Spend the extra money on a holiday inn.

Nope. Don’t like that. Where do I start? Probably at the crazy lady in the front office using a luggage carrier as a personal U-Haul. I’m 99% sure she took the microwave and the coffee maker. The room smelled like From Under Cheese and musk body spray from dollar general. When you go to use the bathroom at night you don’t have to feel lonely, you have about 20 roach friends cheering you on with every plop. You could feel the mattress springs and the pillows felt like someone made them in house last week using used napkins. This was a worse stay than county was. Don’t come here.
