Friendly staff. Great breakfast included! The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was really great! The hotel was quiet, minus the train that traveled throughout the night. We were able to tune out the sound of the train though. Spa bathtubs available! Free WiFi. Parking spaces are narrow, and people park over the lines and make less spaces available. The parking situation was the biggest minus for us. It’s located at the edge of town, so the view isn’t the best. There are some places to eat and gas stations nearby.

Thank you Tanya! Our stay was greatly enhanced by the assistance of Tanya, who was very helpful and accommodating. The pool was wonderful and a perfect place to unwind after a busy day. While the hotel is close to the railway tracks, and there are occasional train sounds, as well as freeway traffic on the other side, we really enjoyed this hotel. We would definitely stay here again while visiting Modesto.

Marvelous Maintenance Man Our room was on the second floor, but there was no elevator. As we stood at the bottom of the steps with our luggage cart, strategizing how we were going to get all our luggage to our room, Oz, the property maintenance man, showed up suddenly and offered to take our luggage up to our room. We tried to tip him, but he refused. As an older couple, we really appreciated his kindness!

Good hotel but one major issue Good hotel with great and helpful staff. The room was nice and the breakfast options were good (scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, etc.). Just beware of the noise from the trains on one side and the freeway on the other.
