Horrible experience We arrived and checked-in for our son’s graduation and was greeted very kindly by the person at the front desk. A nice exchange of pleasantries where we told him we have two rooms and our three daughters (two adults, one minor) are arriving about 15 minutes behind us. We received the two sets of room keys, each room would have two full beds and could each sleep four people. He apologized that the rooms weren’t on the same floor. Our three daughters arrived and we went to dinner. When we came back from dinner that same person was still at the desk and we asked for the wi-fi password which he gave to all of us. My daughters went straight to their room and went to bed (no loud music, no party). At 12:33am we were awoken by texts and a call from our daughters that some crazy person was banging on their door telling them to open up as they had too many people in the room. They didn’t open up the door and the person attempted to open the door but they had the security latch set so they couldn’t access the room. I ran up to the third floor and my daughters were shaken but ok. The lady was gone but I went on a search to find her and confronted her on the second floor. She was dressed in a Days Inn shirt and said she was an employee. I asked her what she was doing banging on my daughters door in the middle of the night and trying to enter their room. She told me that there were too many people in the room. I told her we checked-in and told the front desk that we had our daughters with us and there was no issue at the time. I then asked how she knew there were three young women in that room. I never received a clear reply from her. I told her I was going to call the police as I couldn’t believe this happened and was not certain she was an employee of days in (despite her wearing the shirt). She agreed to leave my daughters alone and I didn’t cal the cops after confirming she was an employee (I saw her check someone in just after our confrontation). Needless to say, no one in our family could get some sleep that night. In the morning I got dressed for the graduation and went to the front desk where this woman was still working. I asked for a manager and explained the entire situation in front of both of them. I also sent an email to the GM and Asst GM (their business cards were at the front desk) walking them through my experience. We went to the graduation and then had lunch. When we returned to the hotel my daughters said they were not comfortable staying another night in the hotel as they didn’t feel safe. As there were no other available rooms at nearby hotels we checked out and left. I still haven’t heard back from the hotel.

Great Place to stay! Nice place to stay. Easy to find. Close to the Medical Clinic I needed to be at. Place was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was what I expected from any Days Inn. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean. There was a bit of highway noise, white noise helped a lot in covering it up.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Horrible experience, everything was broken--could not shower! DO NOT STAY HERE! Pretty miserable Hotel . Toilet plugged up the first time we used it and nobody would come to fix it--it was about 4PM. They gave us a plunger and said go do it yourself . We plunged and plunged and plunged and flushed and the thing almost overflowed and we finally got it done . The sink wouldn't turn off all the way a stream ran from it the entire stay . Found out in the morning the shower was broken so no showers for us . The beds were hard as rocks both of us woke up with very sore hips and shoulders cuz we're side sleepers . The pillows were thin and useless. When I went to ask for extra pillows they gave me two . They said they didn't have the key to the storage place where all the other pillows were kept so these were all the pillows that we had access to in the entire Hotel . The vending machine was more than half empty . The ceilings are paper thin and every time somebody walked across overhead all of the walls in our room Shook and creaked and it was very loud . The pool was ice cold and the hot tub jets would not stay working for more than 2 minutes . This place needs some TLC badly. The bed frames are metal and they come out around the outside of the mattress . So both of us have bruises on our shins because these things are black and stick out into the room . And there's a kick plate all around the bed that's like a metal Thunder Board you can't even walk up to the bed because it's in line with the mattress so you bang your toes on it every time you walk up to the bed and then it makes the whole room rattle with that thunder noise . I've never seen such a stupid bed arrangement , and dangerous. We called the manager/owner? on the phone and he was very rude and offered us 20% off our stay--begrudgingly. He accused me--a 53 yo woman with arthritis and fibromyalgia, of pulling the shower knob off the wall with so much force that I broke the screw! What?? He claimed the toilet was plugged late at night and they don't have maintenance on staff that late. He claimed someone was able to turn off the sink faucet normally--with no repairs. My husband fixes all our plumbing himself and he said that thing minimally needed a new washer. You couldn't just "turn it off". We tried and tried to push it closed. So I've contacted Wyndham corporate!
