Great place to stay! I must say that I had an amazing experience from check in to check out. Lisa at the front desk was working hard to make sure that all guests were receiving the best customer service, Rachel in the kitchen provided fantastic breakfast while very busy, my room 249 was clean and comfortable as always! I also have to give a shout out to Ed as he was running around during a very busy morning changing out the garbage while remaining very polite and guest oriented! There’s more for me to say, but I can’t remember everyone’s names that I came into contact with!! I can’t wait for my next stay!!

Just South of Charlotte, awesome stay! Had an excellent stay. Bed was cozy, water was hot, water pressure was consistent, fridge and microwave worked great. The breakfast provided was excellent. I was able to check in early, they asked my room preference and were able to give me a top floor room with a view (view being the woods instead of the parking lot) and I loved the grab and go breakfast bags which had an extra water bottle in them. This place was a great location to where I needed to be for 3 nights for work. I was able to drive down to the Museum of the Alphabet which was not too far away and check that out for some fun. I ate at Texas Road House and visited Walmart to get a few essentials. Very good location close to lots of food and all the things. I have a blog where I detail more of the itinerary of places I visit for work or family quality time. The link is in my bio if you're looking for more travel tips.

Poor housekeeping This property has the potential to be great and receive the highest rating. It currently falls short due to housekeeping. The room (322) has an awful smell, like vomit. The carpet is dark brown and grimy. There are clusters of hair on the bathroom floor, and mold around the bathtub. I'm with a large group and there are multiple other groups here as well, so changing rooms isn't an option. I used multiple sprays to mask the unbearable smell (first Lysol, then Bath and Body Works aerosol). On the positive side, front desk staff provided a fast and friendly check in. Also, the location is convenient to several restaurants and stores.

Great stay! I was very, very impressed with the hotel and the staff. I found the room and lobby to be very clean and looking like it's been recently remodeled. Visiting the hotel mid-week while traveling solo, I had an excellent breakfast buffet that I found to be even above the Hilton standard. Lisa, the front desk manager was terrific, and very helpful with all questions I had. If you are traveling though the Eastern greater Charlotte area, I highly recommend this hotel.
