Friendly staff and close to restaurants The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The room came with a fridge but unfortunately the hairdryer didn't work. Good thing we bring our own for that reason. Little pricey but all hotels right now are the same. Rosa at the front desk was awesome. We will stay again if we ever get back to that area.

mini family vacation The personal was very friendly, the blonde gal ( didn't catch her name) she when above and beyond helping us. Very professional. Thank you so much. I loved that they had the pool open, we were able to refresh in it. Also the jacuzzi was opend, loved it . Breakfast was great.

Family friendly with warm indoor pool Stayed here for a week so far while prepping to sell our home in nearby Sultan before moving out of state. We’d considered staying at an extended stay farther away but the team here is very helpful and friendly and the room worked for my husband, me and our 2.5yo. The indoor pool is great and a great temp (so often indoor pools are way too cold in winter up here!). We go the king suite and there’s a mini fridge and microwave, and it’s walking distance (even w a 2.5yo!) to Fred Myers and several places to eat. Alfy’s pizza is literally across the parking lot 40 meters away. It’s not brand new but it’s clean, family friendly, has big TVs and a pool. Very happy with our stay!

Good enough, and mostly observant of COVID precautions, but... This inn doesn't pretend to be new or shiny. The "grab-and-go" breakfast options are enough for any appetite, and better than most. The hotel seems to take very seriously the protection of guests, however, the person at the front desk was not masked. The second person in the administration was wearing the mask beard-style. If that doesn't bother you, you'll find this property practical, well located, and a good choice for Monroe.

AC on a hot night Hitting town on a 106 degree day, it was delightful to walk into a clean spacious and air conditioned lobby. We were supposed to camp, but too hot so made the last minute reservation at the hotel. They were very helpful figuring out a spot we could park with our small trailer. The room was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom with tub/shower combination. The only thing different was the sloped up sides of the bathtub bottom. The room had a hard floor (no carpet) which looked great and I'm sure is easier to clean. The king bed was comfortable and we didn't hear anything loud all night. The location is in the middle of a lot of stores so places to walk to nearby. Breakfast was good motel breakfast with multiple types of yogurt, cereals, baked goods, waffle maker, eggs and bacon and biscuits and gravy. For tea drinkers, they have a separate hot water device that keeps the water hot and no coffee water taste. They also had bananas and oranges. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. We'd stay here again, even if it wasn't 106 degrees.
