Great experience The 2 times I spent here were great! I'm always greeted warmly with smiles and it's very welcoming. The lobby is very nice site on the eyes (but the first time it was very cold in the lobby). The rooms are very awesome and clean with nice amenities, microwave, fridge and coffee tea maker. The one greatest thing is that you get an actual continental breakfast, not just pastries but hott food, drinks a waffle maker and other different foods. For now on where ever I go I will look for a BestWestern as long as it looks like the one in Pittsburgh I'm hooked. Thanks Trent

NO NOTIFICATION I made my reservation on 5/26/2020 through my travel agent, 2 poolside rooms for Labor Day Weekend to attend a wedding. The hotel was closed when we arrived, neither my agent or I were notified of the closure. Stuck with no rooms for a holiday weekend. My agent was able to get me lodging the next morning, at the Springhill Suites, with an early check in with all the amenities we had requested.

Great hotel & Staff! From the minute we arrived the staff was wonderful and very friendly. Room was very comfortable, with clean new mattresses and bedding, very spacious. Breakfast was wonderful with hot items, wonderful biscuits and gravy which is rotated with their meat selections, fresh fruit as well. BW purchased this facility 8 months ago and has been upgrading and modernizing since then. There is a huge bar in the middle of the hotel, clean and sleek. This is an exemplary Best Western in comparison to others we have visited. Clean and nice looking building, we will stay here again if in this area. I highly recommend this hotel for families and business travel.

Some rooms are dated I am a Diamond member. For some it was their first time at a Best Western (usually Courtyard). I will not be able to get them in a Best Western again. The limite choice at breakfast is the primary reason. I admit that all I found most days was cereal or waffles. The "egg with cheese" offering appears to have been microwaved, the scrambled egg is great for filling holes in the wall and sausage gravy is ...... NO I can't describe it here. Yes, I woud stay here again as it's a shortish walk to Outback Steakhouse or Max & Ermas. I'd expect that in 2 years time all carpet and bathrooms will have been refurbished.

Staff incredible, but facility and process needs some work. We stayed 4 nights for a volleyball tournament and had multiple procedural problems during our stay, ie. Issues with check in, electronic door locks not working and sat in hall to wait for the staff to tey to gain access to our room, and issues with checkout, however Staff was lovely and worked to correct issues.
