If you’re looking for an inexpensive and great hotel. This is your place. Highly recommend, check in was fast & friendly This place is great, clean and it had mini fridge coffee maker and microwave. Walking distance to small shops and few restaurants. Counter help was friendly and helpful. Updated room and linen smelled clean and mattresses so comfortable. Will definitely be booking there again!! Highly recommended!

Horrible Hotel-Avoid at all cost We booked this hotel during car week, because it seemed to have a flexible cancellation policy and an advertised ocean view. Neither of these things are true. The manager KC Arjun is rude and has NO sense of customer service. DO NOT stay at this hotel. There is NO view of the ocean, and despite the staff promising a refund for the 4th night of our stay, the manager refused, “stating car week”. The walls of the hotel are thin and there is really nothing about this hotel that I would recommend. Prepare to be disappointed, especially with the management of this hotel.

Total rip-off. Despicable business practices. I was charged to deposit and when I have not received it back a week later I called my bank. They have no record of them ever issuing a $320 deposit. When I contacted the manager he was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He informed me that he has no no ability to contact their third-party processor to remedy the situation. Somehow my money was taken and thrown into nowhere land and he cannot provide any answers. JD should be fired. Literally taking food out of my family's mouth because he doesn't want to be bothered. The rooms are shabby and the place is a total rip-off. You can get more and have a better time anywhere else for the price. Don't go here

Clean and Comfortable Clean room. Comfortable bed. Convenient location to all things Monterey. Easy to walk to downtown, Marina, & cannery row. Short drive to mall, hiking, and other points of interest.

A dump I found a chewed up ball of chewing gum in my bed at 5am. When I told the manager as I checked out and his response was "oh ok". Another guest told me they went to open a draw and it fell apart. This is without doubt the worst hotel I've stayed in. How this dump can justify charging £98 a night I don't know.
