Wouldn't stay again The rooms and and the bed was dirty and is big need of renovation. The pool was full of screaming kids until 11 pm so it was impossible to sleep. I wouldn't stay there again. The breakfast was supposed to be included but it was only a very limited selection of cold food. If you wanted anything warm you had to pay an extra €5 per person and day.

Gorgeous This is the hotel with the best cost-amenities I’ve ever stayed. I liked the breakfast the most. The bed is very comfortable and the room service is efficient. The checkin was easy and quick. And they attended all our request nicely. It’s very near of important places in Monterrey.

SAFI Very nice hotel for the price. Hotel is in an up and coming area. Restaurant pricing could be better. Hotel has two areas, original and the tower. ask for the tower

Awful experience The worst experience I ever had. There is s serious problem with the power electricity. This is my second time writing a review because the first time Tripadvisor did not let me upload my comments and one picture of the room toilet. This hotel has another problem with the water.

Bad staying experience Bath water extremely hot, it burned us, impossible to regulate to a more comfortable temperature. A/C very noisy, WiFi didn't work and the TV remote control not for the TV, it was not for the set. Also not a very good treat in the restaurant and they didn't want to give invoice in place.
