Great Value, Clean, Quiet I rarely leave reviews, but want to compliment this hotel. Fleeing a hurricane, we looked for a room with brands we typically stay at, but they were either full or very expensive. I was pleasantly surprised at this location. The room was clean, quiet (even though the hotel appeared to be full), and staff were friendly. Our young family made it to breakfast 10 minutes before closing. Staff did not rush us or the others who were there, and even appeared to work on other tasks instead of immediately cleaning up the food to give us time. Additionally, the facilities that we saw and grounds were well kept and the parking lot was very well lit, in a convenient location near the interstate. We could not hear road noise from our room. For $150, including taxes, we were very satisfied and suggest this is a good bet compared to other pricier hotels or budget options nearby with less-stellar reviews. Thank you Comfort Inn & Suites!

Bed bugs and flooded rooms. Seemed ok for the first few nights but slept poorly. Woke up in the middle of the night to bed bugs in room 415. Packed and had to wait 7 hours for morning staff to give another room. The room I was given had visible flood damage. Pulled back the sheets to find dead insects. Manager offered to comp my night. I decided enough was enough and checked out at 11 AM after showering. Receipt did not show that my night was comped. I asked the GM (Hiten Patel) immediately about this and he claimed he would do this separately in another email. Mr. Patel refused to write provide any statement in writing. I had to do laundry until 2 PM to try and avoid transferring bed bugs to the next hotel. Baking my bags in the sun a few days later I found another bed bug on my bags which had never been near the bed. On the way out the front desk helpfully commented "normally people leave when they check out" as if the reason why I had stayed so long was unrelated to the nightmare they put me through. Stay away. The night manager mentioned that the room had just been cleared for bed bugs, clearly they aren't that attentive about it. The GM is willing to lie to your face to try and get you to go away in the moment.

Moldy, Overpriced, Smelly Rooms Was in town on business, booked for 3 days, left the very next day. The entire 2ndfloor smelled of MOLD, the room I was assigned also had a moldy, stale smell, the bed was uncomfortable, there was thick mold growing down the inside of the bathroom wall. Disgusting, everything is cheap, the business center they advertised was not functional, the internet didn't work, the copier didn;t work, the printer didn;t work. It is operated by Indians. The cereal for breakfast just sits in a plastic container overnight, so they won't have to prep in the mornings, lazy! I would not eat anything at that hotel, it is not clean, nor safe. The ladies lobby bathroom is unsecured just open, anyone can just walk in, felt very unsafe. It was so much mold in my assigned room I would use the lobby restroom. I checked out early/ The next day, no one asked the reason for my early check out. I will be contacting the BBB about this hotel. You have been warned stay at your own risk. I Do not Recommend this hotel. I paid $130 for one night, this place is beyond a joke. Clean it up! I want a full refund.

Restful Stay Lovely hotel with good disabled parking. Mr. Patel, the manager, greeted me by name as I had a reservation. The room was very clean and the 4th floor was quiet. My family enjoyed the breakfast especially the eggs. Although an excellent representative for the Choice Hotel brand.

Good place for a night on the road Nice hotel, quite clean and comfortable for my overnight stay while driving across a few states. Staff was helpful at the desk, easy check in and I got a nice 3rd floor room. Breakfast was fine, I like eggs and that is what I had and glad they were open just before 6am as I wanted to get an early start to my day. Only negative was the bathroom sink was cracked. Not a big deal but it just looked bad and I would think could fracture and be dangerous. This is no fault of the hotel but the traffic controls for this section of road near the highway are AWFUL! You can not easily get to the hotel without going 1/2 mile south and making a big u turn. And getting out is just as bad. I wanted to go to the pub/restaurant across the street and had to go north 1/2 mile and again make a big u turn to head south. So don't rely on GPS or car Nav system directions
