One of the best ever! Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Facility and rooms were clean and attractive with comfortable beds and all the amenities one could desire such as fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, etc. These are things I have found to be lacking in many other facilities in this price range. I would definitely recommend the Stay Inn & Suites to anyone passing through the Montgomery area.

Good for stopover Stayed at this hotel as a stopover for journey to New Orleans. Very pleasant stay, perfect for 1 night stay, really helpful and friendly staff, basic but very clean and spacious room and staff also handed us a little breakfast bag for our onward journey

Weekend getaway Have to say we were pleased with everything at this hotel. We booked the honeymoon suite for a romantic weekend, but come to find out that the Jacuzzi was leaking. The front desk staff was very upfront about the issues and offered us a refund. We discussed it and decided to stay. The manager made it right to say the least. The room was clean and had comfortable furniture. Because of the treatment of the front desk and management we will definitely be back. The hotel is a short drive from downtown, but with plenty of Uber's, we enjoyed the location. We do recommend this hotel.

Adequate for a single night stay We stopped for one night while traveling through Montgomery. Our room was reasonably clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel and our room could definitely use some refurbishing and a few repairs.

Do NOT stay here Do NOT stay here! Their website gives false information and it will cost you a lot more than you agreed to. They advertise free breakfast; yeah that doesn’t happen. So, you’re going to need to spend $20-30 somewhere else. They also advertise pet friendly, but when you check in, they charge you $25 per pet. Also, not on their website. I had 2 cats, so there’s another $50. Now we’re looking at an additional $80! This would have TOTALLY been a deal breaker for me and I would have booked somewhere else. But now, it’s late and you’re tired and all unpacked with not a lot of options. Total rip-off! Plus, the area is really sketchy with no dining options within walking distance. The room was dirty, the bedding was stained and the bathtub had a huge hole in the bottom. The air conditioner is so loud you can’t even hear each other. Horrible experience!
